Description

The present invention relates to a gas rice cooker.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a gas rice cooker that cooks rice by combustion heat of gas is known (see Patent Document 1, for example). For example, in a gas rice cooker that does not use a commercial power source, when an ignition switch is operated, the gas passage opens and gas is ejected from the flame port of the gas burner, and this gas is ignited by sparks generated by the operation, causing the burner to burn. is started and the inner pot containing rice and water is heated. This spark can be generated, for example, by a piezoelectric igniter. A piezoelectric ignition device generates a spark based on an electromotive force generated from a piezoelectric element by operating an ignition switch. A thermal head that detects the temperature is in contact with the bottom surface of the inner pot, and when the temperature of the inner pot reaches a predetermined temperature, the gas passage is closed, combustion is stopped, and rice cooking is completed.

Design Registration No. 872759

In a gas rice cooker equipped with a piezoelectric ignition device, the electromotive force changes according to the operation of the ignition switch. rice field. Therefore, it is conceivable to stably generate sparks by using, for example, an igniter driven by a battery. However, since the battery needs to be replaced each time the remaining battery power is low, there has been a demand for the development of a gas rice cooker in which the battery can be easily attached and detached. Furthermore, since a battery is used, it is necessary to take measures to prevent water, such as spillage from the inner pot, from contacting the battery.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a gas rice cooker in which a battery can be easily attached and detached and which can prevent water from coming into contact with the battery.

A gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 7, in addition to the configuration according to any one of claims 2 to 6, the battery case has a terminal portion connected to a harness, and the cylindrical portion has a terminal portion connected to the battery. It surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the case and the terminal portion.

According to the gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 1, the opening is provided in the bottom of the housing, and the battery case is accommodated inside the opening with the battery mounting opening facing downward. be provided. Therefore, the user can take out the battery directly from the insertion opening or insert it as it is through the opening provided in the bottom of the housing, thereby improving the workability in attaching and detaching the battery. In addition, even if water blows out of the inner pot and adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the housing, since the opening is at the bottom, the water will enter the battery case through the opening and contact the battery. can be reduced. Therefore, electric leakage and deterioration of the battery can be prevented. In addition, by providing the opening for housing the battery case inside, not on the side of the housing, but on the bottom of the housing, the battery case exposed through the opening can be made inconspicuous, thereby improving the appearance of the gas rice cooker. can be improved. As a method for housing the battery case, there is a method of sliding out the battery case housed inside the housing. , does not require a sliding mechanism. Therefore, space can be saved by that amount, and the housing can be made smaller. Further, when the guard member is fixed to the bottom of the housing, the tubular portion of the guard member surrounds the battery case inside the opening. As a result, even if water blows out of the inner pot and flows downward along the side of the housing and then to the bottom side, the cylindrical part blocks the water, so the water does not come into contact with the batteries in the battery case. can prevent it from

According to the gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the effect described in claim 1, since the lower end of the cylindrical part is located below the mounting opening of the battery case, Even if water runs down the bottom of the housing, the cylindrical part blocks the water from coming into contact with the battery case inside. Therefore, the gas rice cooker can prevent water from contacting the batteries in the battery case.

According to the gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the effect described in claim 2, the casing of the gas rice cooker is provided with a support member. The support member supports the battery case inside the opening of the housing with the mounting opening facing downward. The tubular portion of the guard member is inserted into the gap between the inner edge of the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the battery case, and arranges the battery case supported by the support member inside. Therefore, the gap between the inner edge of the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the battery case can be filled with the tubular portion. As a result, it is possible to prevent water such as spills flowing along the side and bottom of the housing from reaching the battery case through the gap between the inner edge of the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the battery case. . Therefore, it is possible to prevent water from contacting the batteries in the battery case. Further, the battery case is supported inside the opening by the supporting member provided inside the housing, so that the position inside the opening is fixed. Therefore, a gap can be secured between the inner edge of the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the battery case. Each of the inner edge of the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the battery case functions as a guide for the tubular portion of the guard member. As a result, the battery case is placed inside the cylindrical portion simply by inserting the cylindrical portion into the gap between the inner edge portion of the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the battery case. It can be easily positioned and fixed.

According to the gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 4, in addition to the effect described in claim 2 or 3, in a state in which the guard member is fixed to the bottom of the housing, the lower end of the cylindrical part is the opening It protrudes downwards. As a result, when water, such as spillage, reaches the bottom of the housing, the tubular portion blocks the water from entering the battery case, making it easier for the water to drip downward. In addition, even in a kitchen where a lot of water is used and splashed water adheres to the bottom of the housing, the tubular portion acts as a wall against the battery case. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water from contacting the batteries in the battery case.

According to the gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 5, in addition to the effect described in any one of claims 2 to 4, at the lower end of the cylindrical part, the protruding part protrudes outward from the opening, Moreover, it is provided so as to overlap with the bottom portion from below. Since the protruding part overlaps with the bottom surface, it prevents water such as blowing over along the outer peripheral surface of the housing from entering the inside of the housing through the opening. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water from contacting the batteries in the battery case.

According to the gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 6, in addition to the effect described in claim 5, the protruding part is provided on at least a part of the outer peripheral part of the protruding part so as to protrude downward. As a result, water, such as spilled water, running along the outer peripheral surface of the housing comes into contact with the projecting portion provided on the outer peripheral portion of the projecting portion. The projecting portion blocks water from entering the inside of the housing through the opening, and makes it easier for the water to drip downward. In addition, even in a kitchen where a lot of water is used and splashed water adheres to the bottom of the housing, the projecting portion serves as a wall. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water from contacting the batteries in the battery case.

According to the gas rice cooker of the invention according to claim 7, in addition to the effect described in any one of claims 2 to 6, since the cylindrical part surrounds the terminal part related to the leakage of the battery case, the terminal part and the terminal part It is possible to prevent contact with water traveling inside and outside the housing.

In addition, the present invention may arbitrarily combine part of the matters specifying the invention described in claims 1 to 7.

The igniter 74 has a substantially cylindrical shape and has an ignition part 741 at its tip. The ignition part 741 is arranged to face the flame hole part 721 of the burner 72 , and ignites the gas ejected from the flame hole part 721 by generating sparks with the burner 72 .

The battery case 10 is fixed to the lower surface of the upper wall portion 711 via temporary fixing slits 714 and upper wall portion holes 715 . The battery case 10 is arranged on the left side of the igniter 74 (see FIG. 5). The mounting opening 102 of the battery case 10 fixed to the support member 71 is arranged downward and faces the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 (see FIG. 4). Therefore, the user can attach and detach the battery from the attachment opening 102 of the battery case 10 through the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 .

A temperature sensor 75 is fixed on the upper surface of the upper wall portion 711 and in front of the igniter 74 (see FIG. 5). The gas amount adjusting device 77 includes a gas valve (not shown), a needle valve (not shown) and a nozzle (not shown). The gas valve opens and closes the gas flow path inside the gas amount control device 77 . The needle valve continuously increases or decreases the amount of gas flowing through the gas flow path in the gas amount adjusting device 77 in response to the vertical movement of the gas amount adjusting knob 23 . The nozzle faces the inlet of the throat portion 78 and ejects the gas that has flowed through the gas flow path in the gas amount adjusting device 77 toward the inlet.

The structure for supporting the battery case 10 is not provided separately from the support member 71 that supports main components such as the burner 72, but by fixing it to the support member 71 and sharing it, it is possible to reduce the number of parts without increasing the number of parts. The battery case 10 can be supported inside the lower housing 3 .

The gas supply pipe 76 protrudes rightward from the pipe through-hole 36 and bends rearward into an L shape. One end of the gas supply pipe 76 is connected to a gas pipe (not shown) that supplies gas from the outside of the gas rice cooker 1, and the other end is connected to the gas volume control device 77 as described above.

The receiving tray 9 is mounted substantially horizontally on the upper portion of the lower housing 3 (see FIG. 3). The receiving plate 9 is made of metal, is formed in a substantially ring shape in plan view, and has a circular receiving plate hole 91 at the center thereof. Inside the pan hole 91, the burner 72, the thermal head 73, the ignition part 741, and the thermal sensing part 751 are arranged so as to protrude upward. Even if water blowing out of the inner pot 8 runs along the outer peripheral surface of the inner pot 8, the tray 9 can prevent the water from entering the inside of the lower housing 3.

Inside the upper housing 4, the inner hook 8 is accommodated and supported (see FIG. 3). The inner pot 8 is made of metal and has a bottomed cylindrical shape. The inner pot 8 is filled with rice and water, which are objects to be cooked. The inner hook 8 has a body portion 80 and a flange portion 81 . The flange portion 81 is provided at the upper end portion of the body portion 80 so as to protrude radially outward.

The upper housing 4 is provided with an inner hook support portion 45 projecting inward from the upper portion of the inner peripheral surface (see FIG. 3). The inner hook support portion 45 is substantially ring-shaped in a plan view. The inner diameter of the inner edge portion of the inner hook support portion 45 is smaller than the outer diameter of the flange portion 81 of the inner hook 8 and larger than the outer diameter of the body portion 80 of the inner hook 8 . Therefore, the inner hook 8 is suspended and supported by the inner hook supporting portion 45, and is detachably provided inside the upper housing 4 with the lid portion 5 opened.

Here, the operation of the gas rice cooker 1 when cooking rice will be briefly described. When the user pushes down the ignition switch 31 of the lower housing 3, the gas valve provided in the gas amount control device 77 is opened. Gas is supplied to the burner 72 . The igniter 74 operates when the ignition switch 31 is pushed down, and sparks are generated from the ignition portion 741 of the igniter 74 . The spark ignites the gas ejected from the flame hole portion 721 of the burner 72 . A heat sensing portion 751 of the temperature sensor 75 detects the combustion heat of the gas. Electric power generated by the heat of the temperature sensor 75 keeps the gas valve open and the burner 72 kept burning. The inner pot 8 is heated and rice cooking starts. When the bottom of the inner pot 8 reaches a predetermined temperature, the thermal head 73 detects the predetermined temperature and the gas valve is closed. Gas is no longer supplied to the burner 72, combustion of the burner 72 is stopped, and rice cooking is completed.

The U-shaped groove 106 is provided in the front-back direction central portion of the upper surface of the fixed portion 101 and is formed in a substantially U-shape when viewed from the side. The groove width of the U-shaped groove 106 is slightly shorter than the width of the gap in the front-rear direction of the notch portion 713 of the support member 71 and has substantially the same length. U-shaped groove 106 is positioned to face notch 713 from below when battery case 10 is fixed to support member 71 . Since the igniter 74 and the like are arranged inside the U-shaped groove 106, it is possible to prevent the fixed portion 101 from interfering with the igniter 74 and the like.

A pair of case ribs 108 are provided on the upper surface of the fixing portion 101 at positions sandwiching the U-shaped groove 106 in the center in the front-rear direction, and protrude upward in the form of ribs. Further, the length of the case rib 108 in the left-right direction is the same as the length of the upper surface of the fixing portion 101 in the left-right direction. An upper end portion of the case rib 108 is formed substantially horizontally. With the battery case 10 fixed to the upper wall portion 711 of the support member 71 , the pair of case ribs 108 are brought into tight contact with the lower surface of the upper wall portion 711 . Therefore, the battery case 10 can be fixed to the lower surface of the upper wall portion 711 without rattling.

An example of a method of attaching the battery case 10 to the support member 71 will be described. The operator places the battery case 10 below the upper wall portion 711 of the support member 71 with the mounting opening 102 facing downward. Then, the hook portion 104 of the battery case 10 is positioned with respect to the temporary fixing slit 714 of the upper wall portion 711 , and the upper end portion of the case fixing cylindrical portion 105 of the battery case 10 is positioned with respect to the upper wall portion hole 715 of the upper wall portion 711 . position. Next, the hook portion 104 is inserted into the temporary fixing slit 714 from below, and the engaging portion 104A of the hook portion 104 is engaged with the upper wall portion 711 for temporary fixing. The upper end portion of the case fixing tubular portion 105 and the pair of case ribs 108 are in close contact with the upper wall portion 711 . Further, the screw 716 is fastened to the case fixing hole 105A of the case fixing tubular portion 105 through the upper wall portion hole 715 . Battery case 10 is fixed to support member 71 .

The structure of the guard member 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. FIG. In this embodiment, for convenience of explanation, the direction of the guard member 11 fixed to the lower housing 3 will be explained. The guard member 11 is made of plastic. The guard member 11 preferably has water resistance and heat resistance. The guard member 11 has the battery case 10 arranged inside thereof while being fixed to the lower housing 3 (see FIGS. 4 and 10).

The guard member 11 has a tubular portion 110 , an overhanging portion 111 , a projecting portion 112 , a guard fixing hole 113 and a tapered portion 114 . The cylindrical portion 110 has a substantially square cylindrical shape, and the size of the outer periphery is slightly smaller than the size of the opening 34 of the lower housing 3, but substantially the same size. In addition, the size of the inner periphery of the tubular portion 110 is slightly larger than the size of the storage portion 100 of the battery case 10 in the front, rear, left, and right directions, and is substantially the same size. Therefore, the plate thickness of the cylindrical portion 110 is slightly shorter than the width of the gap between the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100, and has a length that is substantially equal. The height of the tubular portion 110 is substantially the same as the height of the housing portion 100 .

The protruding portion 111 protrudes outward from the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 110 and has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. The outer peripheral portion on the left side of the projecting portion 111 is formed in a gently curving arc shape. The upper surface of the projecting portion 111 is substantially horizontal. The size of the projecting portion 111 is such that when the guard member 11 is fixed to the bottom of the lower housing 3 , it does not project sideways from the bottom of the lower housing 3 and does not interfere with the legs 33 and the air holes 35 . do not do. The outer peripheral portion on the left side of the protruding portion 111 is gently curved and does not protrude from the bottom portion of the lower housing 3 . A tapered portion 114 is provided at the connecting portion between the lower end portion of the inner wall surface of the tubular portion 110 and the overhanging portion 111 so as to extend outward from the tubular portion 110 toward the overhanging portion 111 .

The protruding portion 112 is provided on the left outer peripheral portion of the lower surface of the overhanging portion 111 and protrudes downward. The downward protruding length of the projecting portion 112 is shorter than that of the leg portion 33 . When the guard member 11 is fixed to the bottom of the lower housing 3 , the protrusion 112 is positioned on the outer peripheral side of the bottom of the lower housing 3 .

The guard fixing hole 113 is provided at the right front corner of the projecting portion 111 . A housing-side hole (not shown) is provided in the bottom of the lower housing 3 at a position corresponding to the guard fixing hole 113 . The guard fixing hole 113 is located on the central side of the bottom of the lower housing 3 when the guard member 11 is fixed to the lower housing 3 . Therefore, the guard fixing hole 113 is located at a position where it is difficult for water, such as blowing over, to come in contact with the bottom of the lower housing 3 . Therefore, the screws 37 (see FIG. 2) that fix the guard member 11 to the lower housing 3 via the guard fixing holes 113 can be prevented from corroding.

A method of attaching the guard member 11 to the bottom of the lower housing 3 will be described. With the bottom portion of the lower housing 3 facing upward, the operator places the cylindrical portion 110 of the guard member 11 above the bottom portion with the upper end portion facing downward. Then, the cylindrical portion 110 of the guard member 11 is positioned from above with respect to the opening portion 34 provided in the bottom portion. As described above, the plate thickness of the cylindrical portion 110 is slightly shorter than the width of the gap between the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100, and has substantially the same length. Therefore, the tubular portion 110 can be loosely inserted into the gap between the inner edge portion of the opening portion 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100 .

Each of the inner edge of the opening 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion 100 can function as a guide for the tubular portion 110 when the tubular portion 110 is inserted into the gap. The tubular portion 110 is inserted into the gap. Here, as described above, the upper surface of the projecting portion 111 is substantially horizontal, and the bottom portion of the lower housing 3 is also substantially horizontal around the opening 34 . Therefore, when the tubular portion 110 is inserted into the gap, the upper surface of the protruding portion 111 closely contacts and overlaps the bottom portion of the lower housing 3 . At this time, the guard fixing hole 113 is arranged to overlap the housing side hole provided in the lower housing 3 , so the screw 37 is fastened to the housing side hole through the guard fixing hole 113 . The guard member 11 is thereby fixed to the bottom of the lower housing 3 .

The guard member 11 arranges the battery case 10 inside the tubular portion 110 while being fixed to the lower housing 3 . As described above, the plate thickness of the cylindrical portion 110 is slightly shorter than the width of the gap between the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100, and has substantially the same length. Therefore, the tubular portion 110 closes the gap between the inner edge portion of the opening portion 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100 . Moreover, since the height of the cylindrical portion 110 is substantially the same as the height of the housing portion 100 , the cylindrical portion 110 surrounds the entire outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100 . Therefore, the cylindrical portion 110 can surround the pair of case holes 100B provided in the front wall and the rear wall of the housing portion 100, respectively, so that a portion of the battery contact portion 103A exposed to the outside in the case hole 100B can be partially covered. can be covered up.

In the gas rice cooker 1 having the above configuration, an opening 34 is provided at the bottom of the lower housing 3, and the battery case 10 is accommodated inside the opening 34 with the battery mounting opening 102 facing downward. provided. Therefore, the user can take out the battery directly from the mounting opening 102 through the opening 34 provided at the bottom of the lower housing 3 or mount the battery as it is. Also, even if water blows out of the inner pot 8 and adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the housing 2, since the opening 34 is located at the bottom, the water enters the inside of the battery case 10 through the opening 34, causing the battery to run out of water. reduce the risk of coming into contact with Therefore, electric leakage and deterioration of the battery can be prevented.

In addition, by providing the battery case 10 at the bottom of the lower housing 3, the battery case 10 exposed through the opening 34 can be made inconspicuous, so that the appearance of the gas rice cooker 1 can be improved. As a method for accommodating the battery case 10, there is a method in which the battery case 10 is provided inside the lower housing 3 and is slid out. Since the battery can be taken out directly from the battery, there is no need for a slide mechanism. Since space can be saved by that amount, the lower housing 3 can be made smaller.

Furthermore, the guard member 11 is fixed to the opening 34 at the bottom of the lower housing 3 . Guard member 11 has a tubular portion 110 surrounding the outer peripheral surface of housing portion 100 of battery case 10 inside opening portion 34 . That is, a part of the battery contact portion 103A is exposed through the case hole 100B of the housing portion 100, but the cylindrical portion 110 covers the exposed portion. Even if water blowing out of the inner pot 8 flows downward along the side surface of the housing 2 and flows to the bottom side of the lower housing 3, the cylindrical part 110 blocks the water. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent water from contacting the batteries and the exposed portions in the battery case 10 .

Furthermore, a support member 71 is provided inside the lower housing 3 . The support member 71 supports the battery case 10 inside the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 with the mounting opening 102 of the battery case 10 facing the opening 34 . The tubular portion 110 of the guard member 11 is inserted into the gap between the inner edge of the opening 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100 in the battery case 10, and arranges the housing portion 100 supported by the support member 71 inside. Therefore, the gap between the inner edge portion of the opening 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100 can be filled with the cylindrical portion 110 . As a result, the water or the like that has flowed down along the side surface of the housing 2 and the bottom of the lower housing 3 can flow through the gap between the inner edge of the opening 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing 100 and into the battery case 10. can be prevented from reaching Therefore, it is possible to further prevent water from coming into contact with the battery in the battery case 10 and the battery contact portion 103A, which is a conductive member exposed from the housing portion 100 .

Furthermore, since the battery case 10 is supported inside the opening 34 by the support member 71 , the position inside the opening 34 is fixed. Therefore, a gap between the inner edge portion of the opening 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the housing portion 100 can be secured. When the guard member 11 is fixed to the lower housing 3 , the inner edge of the opening 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion 100 function as guides for inserting the cylindrical portion 110 . Accordingly, simply by inserting the tubular portion 110 into the gap between the inner edge portion of the opening 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion 100, the accommodating portion 100 is arranged inside the tubular portion 110, so that the guard member 11 can be removed. It can be easily positioned and fixed to the bottom of the lower housing 3 .

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the protruding portion 111 protrudes outward from the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 110 and overlaps the bottom portion of the lower housing 3 from below. Since the protruding portion 111 overlaps the bottom surface of the lower housing 3, it prevents water, etc. that has flowed down the bottom of the lower housing 3 from entering the inside of the lower housing 3 through the opening 34. can. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent water from coming into contact with the battery in the battery case 10 and the battery contact portion 103A, which is a conductive member exposed from the housing portion 100 .

Further, a protruding portion 112 is provided on a part of the outer peripheral portion of the overhanging portion 111 so as to protrude downward. The projecting portion 112 is provided at a position where the water or the like that has flowed over the outer peripheral surface of the lower housing 3 first contacts the projecting portion 111 . The protruding portion 112 prevents water from entering the inside of the lower housing 3 through the opening 34 and makes it easier for the water to drip downward. Moreover, even when water splashes on the bottom of the lower housing 3 in a kitchen that uses a lot of water, the projecting portion 112 serves as a wall. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent water from coming into contact with the battery in the battery case 10 and the battery contact portion 103A, which is a conductive member exposed from the housing portion 100 .

Further, the upper surface of the harness connection portion 103B of the terminal portion 103 protruding from the housing portion 100 of the battery case 10 is covered with the upper wall portion 711 of the support member 71 provided inside the lower housing 3 . Therefore, even if water, such as water that has blown out of the inner pot 8, cannot be received by the receiving pan 9 and overflows and flows inside the lower housing 3, the upper wall 711 prevents the harness connecting portion, which is a conductive member. Contact between 103B and water can be prevented. In addition, the structure for supporting the battery case 10 is not provided separately from the support member 71 that supports main components such as the burner 72, but by fixing it to the support member 71 and sharing it, it is possible to reduce the number of components without increasing the number of parts. The battery case 10 can be supported inside the lower housing 3 .

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible. For example, as shown in FIG. 10 , the tubular portion 110 of the guard member 11 of the above embodiment surrounds the housing portion 100 of the battery case 10 , but protrudes not only from the housing portion 100 but also from the housing portion 100 of the battery case 10 . It may surround the terminal portion 103 up to the harness connection portion 103B.

The structure of a guard member 12, which is a modified example of the guard member 11, will be described with reference to FIG. The guard member 12 has a tubular portion 120 , an overhanging portion 121 , a projecting portion 122 and a guard fixing hole 123 . The overhanging portion 121, the projecting portion 122, and the guard fixing hole 123 correspond to the overhanging portion 111, the projecting portion 112, and the guard fixing hole 113 of the guard member 11, respectively, and have the same structure. are omitted. The tubular portion 120 has the same shape as the tubular portion 110 of the guard member 11 except for its height. In a state where the guard member 12 is attached to the lower housing 3 , the cylindrical portion 120 does not interfere with the upper wall portion 711 of the support member 71 , so that not only the storage portion 100 of the battery case 10 but also the storage portion 100 can be secured. A pair of harness connection portions 103B protruding upward can also be surrounded. Accordingly, the guard member 12 can prevent water from contacting not only the battery contact portion 103A but also the harness connection portion 103B.

The guard member 11 (12) may omit the projecting portion 111 (121). In this case, the lower end of the tubular portion 110 (120) protrudes downward from the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 . As a result, when water or the like blows up and reaches the bottom of the lower housing 3, the tubular portion 110 (120) blocks the entry of water into the battery case 10, making it easier for the water to drip downward. . Further, even in a kitchen where a lot of water is used and splashed water adheres to the bottom of the lower housing 3 , the tubular portion 110 ( 120 ) acts as a wall against the battery case 10 . Therefore, it is possible to prevent water from coming into contact with the battery in the battery case 10 and the battery contact portion 103A, which is a conductive member exposed from the housing portion 100 .

The shape of the opening 34 does not have to be substantially rectangular in a plan view, and it may be the bottom of the lower housing 3 as long as it does not interfere with the legs 33, the air holes 35, and the like. The shape of the housing portion 100 does not have to be a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, as long as the battery can be housed through the mounting opening 102 . The shape of the cylindrical portion 110 (120) of the guard member 11 (12) is determined by the shapes of the opening 34 of the lower housing 3 and the housing portion 100 of the battery case 10. FIG.

The projecting portion 112 (122) may be provided on the entire outer circumference of the lower surface of the projecting portion 111 (121). Also, the projecting portion 112 (122) may be provided on the lower surface of the overhanging portion 111 (121) other than the outer periphery. As an example, the projecting portion 112 (122) may be provided at the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 110 (120). As another example, the projecting portion 112 (122) may be provided so as to surround the guard fixing hole 113 (123). In this case, corrosion of the screws 37 that fix the guard member 11 (12) to the lower housing 3 via the guard fixing holes 113 (123) can be prevented.

A method other than the present embodiment may be used to fix the battery case 10 to the support member 71 . As an example, in the fixing portion 101 of the battery case 10, instead of the hook portion 104, a second case fixing tubular portion (not shown) having the same shape as the case fixing tubular portion 105 is provided. , the second case fixing cylinder portion may be fixed to the upper wall portion 711 of the support member 71 by screwing.

A plurality of guard fixing holes 113 (123) of the guard member 11 (12) may be provided, or may not be provided. If the guard fixing hole 113 (123) is not provided, the guard member 11 (12) is fixed by another method. As an example of another method, there is a method of fixing the guard member 11 (12) and the lower housing 3 with an adhesive.

The support member 71 may be fixed to the lower housing 3 by a separate member from the support member 71 . As an example, one end of the separate member is fixed to the lower housing 3 and the other end is fixed to the upper wall portion 711 or the side wall portion 712 of the support member 71 . In the case of the method of fixing the other end portion of the separate member to the upper wall portion 711, the side wall portion 712 may not be provided.

Although the battery is used only for ignition in the above embodiment, it may be used for the electromotive force of the electromagnetic valve for opening and closing the gas. Also, the battery is not limited to a primary battery such as a dry battery, and may be a storage battery.
