Description
The present invention relates to a gas cooking appliance.
Generally, a gas cooking appliance is an appliance that cooks food using a flame generated by burning a gas. The gas cooking appliance is provided with a burner for burning gas to generate a flame.
Such a gas cooking apparatus is an open flame type in which a burner is exposed to the outside of a product and a flame directly heats a container containing cooked food or cooked food and a burner is provided in the interior of the product to heat the radiator using combustion heat It is divided into a radiant type which uses a radiated wave emitted from the heated radiator to heat the container containing the food or the cooked material.
Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2008-0069449 discloses a burner system in which an upper surface of a case is shielded by a ceramic plate and a space inside the case below the ceramic plate is ignited by gas supply, And the heating power can be controlled by opening and closing the cooking device.
In the case of a cooker having such a structure, a separate structure for cooling the inside of the case is not provided, and malfunction may occur when electrical components are provided in the case.
Further, since the temperature of the exhaust gas discharged after the combustion is high, it may cause emotional complaints to the user, and there is a problem that the safety due to the high temperature exhaust gas is low.
An object of the present invention is to provide a gas cooking appliance capable of effectively cooling electric parts inside a case and reducing the discharge temperature of exhaust gas to improve the stability of use.
A gas cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a case accommodated in an opening of a sink field; A top plate for shielding an opened upper surface of the case; A grill vent disposed at a rear end of the top plate and through which a combustion gas is exhausted; A plurality of burners provided in the case and including a glow plate heated by combustion of a gas mixture; An insulator case which forms a space for accommodating all of the plurality of burners and has an upper surface opened and a lower surface separated from the case; A first space fixedly mounted on a lower surface of the insulator case and extending to a bottom surface of the case, the interior of the case being divided into a first space in which the burner is received and a second space ; And a cooling unit for cooling the inside of the first space to cool the inside of the first space and discharging the cooling air to the grill vent Main fan; A regulator provided in the second space on one side of the inside of the case and regulating the pressure of gas supplied from the outside to a constant level; A valve unit provided in the second space on the other side of the case and selectively supplying gas to the burner; And a pair of cooling / heating units that are fixed to the barrier and cooperate with the openings formed in the bottom surface of the case inside the second space to cool the inside of the second space by sucking cooling air from the outside of the case, And a sub-fan.
The barrier connects the side surface and the rear surface of the case to define an inner space of the case.
And the barrier is formed so that the second space becomes wider as it goes from the front to the rear so that the regulator and the valve unit can be mounted.
And the regulator and the valve unit are positioned between the sub-fan and the exhaust port through which the combustion gas of the burner is discharged.
And a burner hole is formed in the insulator case so that the lower surface of the burner can be exposed to the inside of the first space.
And the pair of barriers are arranged to be inclined so as to narrow the distance between the front and back of the barrier.
And the barrier forms the second space having a size that accommodates the sub-fan and the regulator or the valve unit by connecting both sides of the case adjacent to the corner.
The insulator case is formed with the grill vent and an exhaust port opening downward. The barrier is divided across the exhaust port so that the cooling air in the first space and the second space can be exhausted through the exhaust port .
A case protrusion protruding toward the rear end of the insulator case is formed in the case so that a flow path for discharging the cooled air in the first space and the second space is formed in the case .
The exhaust port includes a center exhaust port positioned inside the first space and a side exhaust port provided on both right and left sides of the center exhaust port and partitioned by the barrier.
And the barrier contacts the bottom surface of the case, the bottom surface of the case, and the circumferential surface of the case.
The barrier includes a partition that vertically extends toward the bottom surface of the case and divides the first space and the second space and a lower portion that is bent vertically at a lower end of the partition to contact the bottom surface of the case, And a fan mounting part for mounting the fan mounting part.
And the case is formed with a fan mounting portion protruding from a position corresponding to a mounting position of the main fan and the sub fan and closely contacting the main fan and the sub fan.
And the gas cooking appliance is mounted on the furniture in a built-in manner such that the top plate is exposed.

According to the gas cooking appliance of the embodiment of the present invention, the following effects can be expected.
First, electric components such as the regulator and the valve unit can be cooled by the fan. Particularly, the space in which the regulator and the valve unit are disposed is partitioned from the space of the burner unit by the barrier, so that the outside air can directly cool the regulator and the valve unit without being affected by the heat of the burner unit. Therefore, the cooling efficiency of the regulator and the valve unit can be improved, and the operation reliability of the regulator and the valve unit can be secured.
Secondly, the cooling air that has cooled the regulator and the valve unit by the barrier can be discharged through the exhaust port, and is mixed with the high temperature combustion gas exhausted from the burner unit through the exhaust port to totally change the temperature of the exhaust gas Lowering the thermal stability and eliminating the user's emotional disadvantage.
Thirdly, a part of the cooling air guided by the barrier can be discharged to the outside through a flow path formed between the end of the case and the case, thereby lowering the temperature of the end of the case adjacent to the grill vent from which the exhaust gas is discharged And the heat transmitted to the outside of the gas cooker can be lowered, thereby further improving the thermal stability.
Fourthly, the regulator and the valve unit are provided at both sides of the rear end of the case, and the partition is arranged so as to be separated from the burner unit by the barrier, so that the space inside the case can be efficiently used. There is an advantage that the thickness can be made slim.
In addition, the regulator and the valve unit can be disposed at a position where the influence from the heat is less received, and the inside of the case can be cooled through the cooling fan, so that the gas cooking appliance is made slim, There is an advantage that stability in use can be ensured.
