Claims (5)
- 非空気圧式タイヤを作製する方法であって、前記方法が、
金属材料の複数の細長いシートを提供することと、
複数の金属スポークを形成するように、金属材料の前記複数の細長いシートを屈曲することと、
前記複数の金属スポークの各々の第1の端部上に第1の足部をオーバーモールドすることと、
前記複数の金属スポークの各々の幅と等しい幅を有する金属材料のインナーリングを提供することと、
金属材料の前記インナーリングを前記第1の足部に固着することと、
前記複数の金属スポークの各々の幅と等しい幅を有する金属材料のアウターリングを提供することと、
金属材料の前記アウターリングを前記複数の金属スポークの各々の第2の端部に固着することと、
トレッドゴムを提供することと、
前記トレッドゴムを金属材料の前記アウターリングに固着することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記複数の金属スポークを浸漬コーティングすること、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の金属スポークの各々内に開口を切ることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属材料の前記インナーリングを前記第1の足部に固着することが、溶接、ろう付け、接着剤を使用すること、又は前記第1の足部を金属材料の前記インナーリングにはんだ付けすることのうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のスポークの各々の前記第2の端部上に第2の足部をオーバーモールドすること、を更に含み、
前記第2の足部が、金属又はポリマー材料のうちの1つであり、
金属材料の前記アウターリングを前記複数のスポークの各々の前記第2の端部に固着することが、金属材料の前記アウターリングを前記第2の足部に固着することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
