Description
Claims (10)
- ばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)であって、
支持枠(2)および
駆動装置(5)により揺動および/または振動させることができるようにばね部材(4)により前記支持枠に取り付けられたスクリーンハウジング(3)
を有しており、
少なくとも1つのスクリーン(6)が、ばら荷材料を第1の分級物(F1)と第2の分級物(F2)とに分別するために前記スクリーンハウジング(3)内に配置されており、
該スクリーンハウジングは、供給開口(7)と、前記第1の分級物(F1)および前記第2の分級物(F2)それぞれのための少なくとも2つの出口開口(8,9)とを有している、ばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)において、
当該ばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)はさらにエアセパレータ(10)を有しており、該エアセパレータ(10)は前記スクリーンハウジング(3)にのみ取り付けられているため、前記エアセパレータ(10)も前記駆動装置(5)により揺動および/または振動させることができるようになっていることを特徴とする、ばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。 - 前記エアセパレータ(10)は、前記スクリーンハウジング(3)の上側(11)に取り付けられている、請求項1記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。
- 前記エアセパレータ(10)は遠心分離機である、請求項1または2記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。
- 前記遠心分離機(10)は、該遠心分離機(10)の全長にわたり接線方向吸込み手段(12)を有している、請求項3記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。
- 前記接線方向吸込み手段(12)は、空気流の渦を発生させるように構成された少なくとも1つの案内ブレード(13)を有している、請求項4記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。
- 前記遠心分離機(10)は、ジャケット(14)を有しており、該ジャケット(14)は、回転対称のジャケット内面(15)と、前記ジャケット(14)と同軸に配置されかつ複数の空気通流開口(17)を有する内側部材(16)とを備えており、該内側部材(16)は、前記遠心分離機(10)の全長にわたり延在している、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。
- 前記内側部材(16)の前記複数の空気通流開口(17)は、前記内側部材(16)の全長にわたって形成されている、請求項6記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。
- 前記ジャケット内面(15)および前記内側部材(16)は円錐台形である、請求項6または7記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置(1)。
- 前記複数の空気通流開口(17)には、空気流の変向、特に空気流の回転方向の転換をもたらす案内部材が設けられている、請求項6、7または8記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置。
- 前記支持枠(2)は中空構造であり、該支持枠(2)内には、少なくとも1つの前記出口開口(8,9)が開口している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のばら荷材料洗浄装置。
