図1~5を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る多段式流体圧シリンダ100について説明する。以下では、多段式流体圧シリンダ100が作動油を作動流体として駆動する多段式油圧シリンダ100(以下、単に「油圧シリンダ100」と称する。)である場合について説明する。
次に、図6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る多段式流体圧シリンダ200(以下、「油圧シリンダ200」と称する。)について説明する。以下では、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成には、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
次に、図8を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係る多段式流体圧シリンダ300(以下、「油圧シリンダ300」と称する。)について説明する。以下では、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と同様の構成には、同一の符号を付し説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- シリンダチューブと、
前記シリンダチューブの内周面に沿って摺動し前記シリンダチューブ内をロッド側室と反ロッド側室とに区画する外側ピストン部が端部に設けられた筒状の外側ロッド部材と、
前記外側ロッド部材の内側に前記シリンダチューブの軸方向に移動自在に設けられる内側ロッド部材と、
前記反ロッド側室に対して作動流体を給排する第1給排路と、
前記ロッド側室に対して作動流体を給排する第2給排路と、を備え、
前記内側ロッド部材は、内部に前記第2給排路が形成された内側ロッド部と、前記内側ロッド部の端部に設けられた環状の内側ピストン部と、を有し、
前記内側ロッド部には、前記第2給排路から前記反ロッド側室へ向かう作動流体の流れのみを許容する逆流防止機構が設けられることを特徴とする多段式流体圧シリンダ。 - 前記内側ロッド部には、前記軸方向に貫通して形成され一端が前記第2給排路に開口し他端が前記反ロッド側室に開口する貫通孔が設けられ、
前記逆流防止機構は、前記貫通孔に設けられた逆止弁またはリリーフ弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段式流体圧シリンダ。 - 前記内側ピストン部には、前記内側ピストン部を前記内側ロッド部に組み付けるために用いられる締結部材が挿通可能な挿通孔が前記軸方向に貫通して複数形成されており、
複数の前記挿通孔のうちの1つは、前記貫通孔の一部を構成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段式流体圧シリンダ。 - 前記内側ロッド部には、前記軸方向に貫通して形成され一端が前記第2給排路に開口し他端が前記反ロッド側室に開口する貫通孔が設けられ、
前記内側ロッド部材は、前記貫通孔に挿通され、内部に前記第1給排路が形成された管状部材をさらに有し、
前記逆流防止機構は、前記管状部材の外周と前記貫通孔の内周との間に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチェックシールである多段式流体圧シリンダ。
