Claims (13)
- 電池パックであって、
内部に空洞が設けられる筐体と、
前記空洞内に設置され、前記空洞を少なくとも2つの収容領域に仕切り、且つ第1仕切り部材を含む仕切り構造と、
前記収容領域内に設置され、第1方向に並設された複数の電池を含み、前記電池のトップカバーに防爆弁が設けられる電池列であって、前記第1仕切り部材は前記電池列のうち前記第1方向において隣接する2つの電池の間に位置し、且つ高さ方向において前記第1仕切り部材の上面が前記トップカバーの上面よりも低く、前記電池列と前記第1仕切り部材との間に凹部が形成され、前記第1方向が前記高さ方向に垂直である電池列と、
第1保護部と第2保護部を含み、前記第1保護部は前記電池列の全ての防爆弁を覆い、前記トップカバーの上面との間に、前記第1方向に沿って流動するように流体をガイドし下向きの開口を有するチャンネルが設けられ、且つ前記第2保護部は前記開口のうち前記凹部に正対する部分を閉鎖する保護部品とを含む、電池パック。 - 前記第1保護部は、本体板と、2つの折り曲げ板とを含み、前記2つの折り曲げ板はそれぞれ前記本体板の第2方向における対向する両端に接続され、全て前記本体板に対して下へ折り曲げられ、前記チャンネルは、前記本体板、前記2つの折り曲げ板及び前記トップカバーの上面の間に位置し、前記第2方向は前記第1方向及び前記高さ方向に垂直である、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1保護部の横断面が逆U字形である、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部は基体板を含み、前記基体板は前記開口のうち前記凹部に正対する部分を閉鎖する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部は延在板をさらに含み、前記延在板は前記基体板から上へ延在したものであり、前記第1保護部に接続される、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部は2つの前記延在板を含み、前記2つの延在板はそれぞれ前記基体板の第2方向における対向する両端に接続され、全て前記基体板に対して上へ折り曲げられ、且つ前記2つの延在板は全て前記第1保護部に接続され、前記第2方向は前記第1方向及び前記高さ方向に垂直である、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記2つの延在板はそれぞれ前記第1保護部の2つの折り曲げ板に接続される、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部の横断面がU字形である、請求項6~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 筐体蓋をさらに含み、前記筐体蓋は前記筐体の最上部に結合され、且つ前記筐体蓋の前記第1方向における互いに対向する2つの側板のうち少なくとも一方に防爆排気構造が設けられ、前記防爆排気構造は前記チャンネルと連通し、前記チャンネルから流出する流体を前記電池パックの外部へ排出する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記防爆排気構造は防爆弁又は薄肉部を含み、前記薄肉部は前記側板の一部であり、強度が前記側板のその他の部分よりも低い、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 筐体蓋をさらに含み、前記筐体蓋は前記筐体の最上部に結合され、且つ前記第1保護部は前記筐体蓋に接続される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記仕切り構造は第2仕切り部材をさらに含み、前記第2仕切り部材は前記第1仕切り部材と交差して設置され、且つ前記第2仕切り部材と前記第1仕切り部材の両方により前記空洞は前記少なくとも2つの収容領域に仕切られる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 車両に動力を供給する動力源と、
前記動力源に給電するように構成される請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックと、
を含む、車両。
