Claims (13)
- 電池パックであって、
内部に空洞(2a)が設けられる筐体(2)と、
前記空洞(2a)内に設置され、前記空洞(2a)を少なくとも2つの収容領域(2b)に仕切り、且つ第1仕切り部材(31)を含む仕切り構造(3)と、
前記収容領域(2b)内に設置され、第1方向(W)に並設された複数の電池(411)を含み、前記電池(411)のトップカバー(411a)に防爆弁(411b)が設けられる電池列(41)であって、前記第1仕切り部材(31)は前記電池列(41)のうち前記第1方向(W)において隣接する2つの電池(411)の間に位置し、且つ高さ方向(H)において前記第1仕切り部材(31)の上面が前記トップカバー(411a)の上面よりも低く、前記電池列(41)と前記第1仕切り部材(31)との間に凹部(S)が形成され、前記第1方向(W)が前記高さ方向(H)に垂直である電池列(41)と、
第1保護部(431)と第2保護部(432)を含み、前記第1保護部(431)は前記電池列(41)の全ての防爆弁(411b)を覆い、前記トップカバー(411a)の上面との間に、前記第1方向(W)に沿って流動するように流体をガイドし下向きの開口(O)を有するチャンネル(P)が設けられ、且つ前記第2保護部(432)は前記開口(O)のうち前記凹部(S)に正対する部分を閉鎖する保護部品(43)とを含む、電池パック。 - 前記第1保護部(431)は、本体板(431a)と、2つの折り曲げ板(431b)とを含み、前記2つの折り曲げ板(431b)はそれぞれ前記本体板(431a)の第2方向(L)における対向する両端に接続され、全て前記本体板(431a)に対して下へ折り曲げられ、前記チャンネル(P)は、前記本体板(431a)、前記2つの折り曲げ板(431b)及び前記トップカバー(411a)の上面の間に位置し、前記第2方向(L)は前記第1方向(W)及び前記高さ方向(H)に垂直である、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1保護部(431)の横断面が逆U字形である、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部(432)は基体板(432a)を含み、前記基体板(432a)は前記開口(O)のうち前記凹部(S)に正対する部分を閉鎖する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部(432)は延在板(432b)をさらに含み、前記延在板(432b)は前記基体板(432a)から上へ延在したものであり、前記第1保護部(431)に接続される、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部(432)は2つの前記延在板(432b)を含み、前記2つの延在板(432b)はそれぞれ前記基体板(432a)の第2方向(L)における対向する両端に接続され、全て前記基体板(432a)に対して上へ折り曲げられ、且つ前記2つの延在板(432b)は全て前記第1保護部(431)に接続され、前記第2方向(L)は前記第1方向(W)及び前記高さ方向(H)に垂直である、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記2つの延在板(432b)はそれぞれ前記第1保護部(431)の2つの折り曲げ板(431b)に接続される、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第2保護部(432)の横断面がU字形である、請求項6~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 筐体蓋(1)をさらに含み、前記筐体蓋(1)は前記筐体(2)の最上部に結合され、且つ前記筐体蓋(1)の前記第1方向(W)における互いに対向する2つの側板(12)のうち少なくとも一方に防爆排気構造(121)が設けられ、前記防爆排気構造(121)は前記チャンネル(P)と連通し、前記チャンネル(P)から流出する流体を前記電池パックの外部へ排出する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記防爆排気構造(121)は防爆弁又は薄肉部を含み、前記薄肉部は前記側板(12)の一部であり、強度が前記側板(12)のその他の部分よりも低い、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 筐体蓋(1)をさらに含み、前記筐体蓋(1)は前記筐体(2)の最上部に結合され、且つ前記第1保護部(431)は前記筐体蓋(1)に接続される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記仕切り構造(3)は第2仕切り部材(32)をさらに含み、前記第2仕切り部材(32)は前記第1仕切り部材(31)と交差して設置され、且つ前記第2仕切り部材(32)と前記第1仕切り部材(31)の両方により前記空洞(2a)は前記少なくとも2つの収容領域(2b)に仕切られる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 車両に動力を供給する動力源と、
前記動力源に給電するように構成される請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックと、
を含む、車両。
