Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されてなるバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の一端面に隣接して配置されるエンドプレートと、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の一端面と前記エンドプレートとの間に介在されるシート状の緩衝部材とを含み、
前記緩衝部材は複数の纎維からなる織物又は不織布であり、
前記緩衝部材は、前記エンドプレートが外力によって変形する場合に前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に侵入するように前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に向かって突出する突出部を備えることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記纎維はアラミド系電気絶縁性纎維である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記突出部は、前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に向かってその幅が徐々に減少するように形成されている、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記突出部は、前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に向かって鋭角を有する先端を有する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記緩衝部材に対向する前記エンドプレートの表面には、前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に向かって突出する突起が備えられる、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記突起は、前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に向かってその幅が徐々に減少するように形成されている、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセル組立体を包むように収容するフレームをさらに含み、
前記エンドプレートは前記フレームに固定される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
