Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a wire mesh welding device for welding mesh (bar mesh) for concrete pavement.

Conventionally, when constructing a concrete pavement, reinforcing bars are laid inside the concrete to reinforce the concrete slab and prevent cracks and the like. The reinforcing bars are composed of vertical bars and horizontal bars, and are laid flat at a predetermined height inside paved concrete.

The construction of concrete pavement with such reinforcing bars is usually carried out in the following procedure. First, a plurality of spacers for supporting reinforcing bars at predetermined heights are installed at a plurality of positions on the surface to be paved before concrete pavement is constructed. Next, a plurality of horizontal stripes are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals on the plurality of spacers. Next, on the arranged horizontal stripes, a plurality of vertical stripes are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals. The intersections of the arranged horizontal and vertical bars are bound with wire or the like. In this way, horizontal and vertical stripes are arranged in a mesh pattern on the plurality of spacers. Then pour concrete and pave.

In addition, although some horizontal stripes are arranged at right angles to the traveling direction of the road, in recent years, they are often arranged diagonally with respect to the traveling direction in order to enhance the effect of preventing cracks and the like. FIG. 12 is a plan view showing a state in which a plurality of vertical reinforcements 2 and a plurality of horizontal reinforcements 3 are laid on a paved surface of a paved road consisting of an up lane 8 and a down lane 9. The horizontal reinforcements 3 are vertical reinforcements 2 intersects diagonally with

On the other hand, Patent Literature 1 discloses an invention relating to a horizontal bar welding apparatus that can reliably prevent so-called double-strikes by reliably confirming that the horizontal bar to be spot-welded next is in the welding position before welding. Have been described.

Further, Patent Document 2 describes an invention relating to a wire mesh welding device capable of easily changing the pitch of welding electrodes.

By the way, the conventional method of installing a plurality of spacers on the surface to be paved before construction of concrete pavement, and placing a plurality of horizontal reinforcements and a plurality of vertical reinforcements on them, is difficult to determine the placement position of each reinforcing bar. The burden of adjustment and bundling work was heavy. Therefore, by preparing meshes in which vertical and horizontal reinforcements are welded in advance and arranging the meshes at the construction site, work can be performed efficiently.

Here, since it takes a lot of labor to weld the places where the vertical and horizontal bars intersect one by one in order to manufacture the mesh, it is practical to manufacture it with a wire mesh welding machine. . However, conventional wire mesh welding devices such as those disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 perform welding in a state in which vertical bars and horizontal bars are crossed at right angles, and the reinforcing bars are arranged as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is not possible to manufacture a mesh in which vertical and horizontal bars obliquely intersect. In particular, the mesh for concrete pavement (bar mesh) is a relatively thick reinforcing bar, so a dedicated wire mesh welding device is required.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to solve the conventional problems described above, and provides a wire mesh welding apparatus capable of easily manufacturing a mesh for concrete pavement in which vertical and horizontal reinforcements obliquely intersect.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the wire mesh welding apparatus of the present invention includes vertical bar feeding means for pitch-conveying vertical bars, horizontal bar supply means for supplying horizontal bars to the vertical bars conveyed by pitches, and the vertical bars and the vertical bars. A wire mesh welding device for manufacturing a mesh for concrete pavement, wherein the horizontal reinforcement supply means supplies the horizontal reinforcement obliquely to the vertical reinforcement, and the welding means The horizontal reinforcement is obliquely welded to the vertical reinforcement.

Preferably, the angle between the vertical stripes and the horizontal stripes is changeable.

The wire mesh welding apparatus of the present invention includes vertical bar feeding means for pitch-conveying the vertical bar, horizontal bar supplying means for supplying the horizontal bar to the pitch-conveyed vertical bar, and welding means for welding the vertical bar and the horizontal bar. have. The horizontal reinforcement supply means supplies the horizontal reinforcement obliquely to the vertical reinforcement, and the welding means obliquely welds the horizontal reinforcement to the vertical reinforcement. A mesh for paving can be manufactured.

Also, if the angle between the vertical and horizontal stripes can be changed, various meshes with different crossing angles can be manufactured.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily manufacture a mesh for concrete pavement in which vertical and horizontal bars obliquely intersect.

The intersections of the vertical reinforcements 2 and the horizontal reinforcements 3 are connected by welding. The mesh 1 is formed in an appropriate size in consideration of installation on the surface to be paved, transportation, and the like. At the ends of the mesh 1, vertical stripes 2 and horizontal stripes 3 protrude so as to overlap adjacent meshes. 1 and 2, the projecting position of the mesh 1 is different so as to correspond to the place of installation.

3 and 4 are an enlarged plan view and an enlarged sectional view showing the welded portion of the mesh 1, respectively.
(Overall Configuration of Wire Mesh Welding Device)
Next, with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the overall configuration of the wire mesh welding device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. 5 and 6 are a plan view and a side view showing the overall configuration of the wire mesh welding device 100 according to this embodiment. 5 and 6, the right side in FIGS. 5 and 6 is called the "upstream side" and the left side is called the "downstream side".

The wire mesh welding apparatus 100 is mainly composed of a pull-out carriage 10 that constitutes vertical reinforcement feeding means, a horizontal reinforcement supply machine 20 that constitutes horizontal reinforcement supply means, and a welding machine 30 that constitutes welding means 30 .

The pull-out carriage 10 moves along running rails 12, 12 installed on the left and right sides, and pitch-conveys vertical bars to be conveyed from the upstream side to the downstream side. The horizontal-bar feeder 20 supplies horizontal bars to the vertical bars that are pitch-conveyed. The welder 30 welds and connects the vertical reinforcement and the horizontal reinforcement. Details of the pull-out carriage 10 constituting the vertical-reinforcement supply means, the horizontal-reinforcement supply machine 20 constituting the lateral-reinforcement supply means, and the welding machine 30 constituting the welding means will be described later.

A plurality of vertical reinforcement frames 4 , hydraulic lifters 5 and 6 with conveying rollers, and external free rollers 7 are installed from the upstream side to the downstream side of the wire mesh welding device 100 .

The vertical reinforcement frame 4 is a frame on which the vertical reinforcements before welding are placed. transported to

Hydraulic lifters 5 and 6 with transport rollers are for transporting the mesh welded by the welding machine 30, and by moving up and down by the hydraulic lifters, a plurality of meshes can be stacked. ing.

The outboard free rollers 7 are for transporting the mesh finally coming out of the wire mesh welding device 100 .

(Vertical streak feeding means)
Next, with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the pull-out carriage 10 constituting the vertical wire feeding means will be described in detail. 7 is a plan view showing the drawer carriage 10, and FIG. 8 is an enlarged side view showing the chuck arm 11 of the drawer carriage 10. As shown in FIG. In addition, in FIG.7 and FIG.8, the mesh 1 which came out from the welding machine 30 is described.

The pull-out carriage 10 is a carriage having a substantially right-angled triangular shape in a plan view, and is adapted to move along traveling rails 12, 12 installed on the left and right (up and down in FIG. 7). A plurality (six in this embodiment) of chuck arms 11 are provided on the oblique side portion of the pull-out carriage 10 facing the upstream side so as to protrude upstream. The plurality of chuck arms 11 have the same length and are parallel to the oblique side of the drawer carriage 10 when their ends are connected.

The tip of the chuck arm 11 is formed in a hook shape, and by moving the pull-out carriage 10 downstream in a state where the tip of the chuck arm 11 is hooked on the horizontal bar 3 of the mesh 1 coming out of the welding machine 30, the horizontal bar can be removed. The vertical reinforcement 2 welded to 3 is conveyed from the upstream side toward the downstream side. In addition, the movement of the pull-out carriage 10 is controlled so as to pitch-convey the vertical bars.

(Transverse-reinforcement supply means and welding means)
Next, with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10, the horizontal-reinforcement feeder 20 constituting the horizontal-reinforcement feeding means and the welding machine 30 constituting the welding means will be described in detail. 9 to 11 are a plan view, a front view and a side view, respectively, showing the lateral-reinforcement supplier 20 and the welder 30. FIG. In addition, in FIG.9 and FIG.10, the vertical reinforcement|strand 2 and the horizontal reinforcement|strand 3 which comprise the mesh 1 are described as needed. Also, some descriptions are simplified or omitted for convenience of explanation.

The horizontal-reinforcement supply device 20 holds a plurality of horizontal-reinforcements 2 in a horizontal-reinforcement holding section 22, and feeds the horizontal-reinforcement toward a welding machine 30 at predetermined intervals via a horizontal-reinforcement feeding section 21. The welding machine 30 is provided with a plurality of upper and lower welding electrodes 31 and 32 (12 in this embodiment). Welding is performed by sandwiching the horizontal reinforcement 3 to be applied. The welding machine 30 is also provided with a plurality of vertical bar guide portions 33 for guiding the conveyed vertical bar 2 between the welding electrodes 31 and 32 .

The pitch conveying timing of the vertical reinforcement 2 by the movement of the drawer carriage 10, the supply timing of the horizontal reinforcement 3 by the horizontal reinforcement feeder 20, and the welding timing of the welding machine 30 are controlled by a control panel (not shown), and are set in advance. The vertical reinforcement 2 and the horizontal reinforcement 3 are welded with a space therebetween.

Here, as shown in FIG. 9 , the horizontal-reinforcement feeder 20 and the welding device 30 are installed in an oblique state with respect to the longitudinal direction of the wire mesh welding device 100 , that is, the conveying direction of the vertical reinforcements 2 . Therefore, the horizontal reinforcement 3 supplied from the horizontal reinforcement supply machine 20 is supplied so as to obliquely intersect the vertical reinforcement 2 that is pitch-conveyed. A line connecting the positions of the plurality of welding electrodes 31 and 32 of the welder 30 is oblique to the longitudinal direction of the wire mesh welding device 100, that is, the direction in which the vertical bars 2 are conveyed. 3 is welded so as to obliquely intersect the vertical reinforcement 2.

With the above configuration, the wire mesh welding apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment obliquely supplies and welds the horizontal reinforcements 3 to the vertical reinforcements 2 that are pitch-conveyed from the upstream side, whereby the vertical reinforcements 2 and the horizontal reinforcements 3 are welded. It is now possible to manufacture diagonally crossed meshes 1 for concrete paving. Since the wire mesh welding device 100 welds the horizontal reinforcement 3 to the upper side of the vertical reinforcement 2, it is turned over so that the horizontal reinforcement 3 is located below the vertical reinforcement 2 when it is installed on the surface to be paved.

In addition, although the inclination angle of the horizontal-reinforcement supply device 20 and the welding machine 30 with respect to the conveying direction of the vertical-reinforcement 2 can be appropriately set, it is preferably 60 degrees. Furthermore, it is preferable to configure, for example, the inclination angles of the horizontal-reinforcement feeder 20 and the welding machine 30 to be adjustable so that the angle between the vertical reinforcement 2 and the horizontal reinforcement 3 can be changed.

In addition, it is preferable that the spacing between the plurality of welding electrodes 31 and 32 and the spacing between the plurality of vertical bar guide portions 33 be adjustable so that the spacing between the vertical bars 2 can be changed.

According to the wire mesh welding apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, the vertical bar feeding means (withdrawal carriage 10) for pitch-conveying the vertical bar 2, and the horizontal bar supplying means ( It has a horizontal-reinforcement supplier 20) and welding means (welding machine 30) for welding the vertical reinforcements 2 and the horizontal reinforcements 3 together. The horizontal reinforcement supply means supplies the horizontal reinforcement 2 obliquely to the vertical reinforcement 3, and the welding means obliquely welds the horizontal reinforcement 3 to the vertical reinforcement 2. It is possible to manufacture a mesh 1 for concrete pavement in which the diagonally intersects.

In addition, when the angles of the vertical bars 2 and the horizontal bars 3 can be changed, various meshes 1 with different crossing angles can be manufactured.
