Claims (7)
- 無線通信システムにおける非同期時分割複信(TDD)マルチ帯域動作のための無線ユニット(100、300、500)であって、前記無線ユニットが、
マルチ帯域動作のための1つの送信電力増幅器(110)と、
マルチ帯域動作のための1つまたは複数の受信増幅器(121、122)と、
1つのアンテナエレメント(130)と、
前記送信電力増幅器(110)と前記アンテナエレメント(130)との間に並列に結合され、第1のフィルタ(FU1a、FU2a)、サーキュレータ(312、322)及び第2のフィルタ(FU1b、FU2b)を備える、2つ以上のスイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)と
を備え、
前記2つ以上のスイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)の各々が、前記第1のフィルタ(FU1a、FU2a)の出力と信号接地との間に結合された1つのシャントスイッチ(K1、K3)を備え、
前記2つ以上のスイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)の各々が、送信モードまたは受信モードで、ある周波数帯域において動作するように設定され、ユーザデータトラフィックスケジューリング要件に従って設定された非同期TDDタイムスロットに基づいてスイッチング制御ユニット(160)によって別々に制御されることにより、
送信モードで動作するとき、前記スイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)が、前記第1のフィルタ(FU1a、FU2a)、前記サーキュレータ(312、322)及び前記第2のフィルタ(FU1b、FU2b)を介して前記送信電力増幅器(110)を前記アンテナエレメント(130)に結合し、前記アンテナエレメント(130)から前記1つまたは複数の受信増幅器(121、122)のうちの1つを結合解除するように制御され、
受信モードで動作するとき、前記スイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)が、前記1つまたは複数の受信増幅器(121、122)のうちの1つを、前記第2のフィルタ(FU1b、FU2b)及び前記サーキュレータ(312、322)を介して前記アンテナエレメント(130)に結合し、少なくとも1つの前記シャントスイッチ(K1、K3)を前記信号接地と結合することにより前記アンテナエレメント(130)から前記送信電力増幅器(110)を結合解除するように制御される、無線ユニット(100、300、500)。 - 前記スイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)のいずれか1つにおける前記第1のフィルタ(FU1a、FU2a)が、1/4波長伝送線路(311、321)および前記サーキュレータ(312、322)とカスケード接続され、前記スイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)のいずれか1つは、単極双投(SPDT)スイッチ(K2、K4)をさらに備え、前記シャントスイッチ(K1、K3)が、PINダイオードであり、前記信号接地と、前記1/4波長伝送線路(311、321)と前記サーキュレータ(312、322)との相互接続との間に接続され、前記SPDTスイッチ(K2、K4)が、前記サーキュレータ(312、322)と前記受信増幅器(LNA1、LNA2)のうちの1つとの間に接続されて、結合と結合解除を切り替える、請求項1に記載の無線ユニット(100、300、500)。
- 前記2つ以上のスイッチネットワークと並列に結合された2つ以上の送信受信経路をさらに備え、前記2つ以上の送信受信経路の各々が、ある周波数帯域における周波数分割複信(FDD)動作のために設定される、請求項1または2に記載の無線ユニット(100、300、500)。
- 任意の2つまたはそれ以上のスイッチネットワーク(140、150、310、320)および/またはFDD送信受信経路が、1つの受信増幅器を共有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の無線ユニット(100)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の1つまたは複数の無線ユニットを備える無線装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の1つまたは複数の無線ユニットを備える電子装置。
- 前記電子装置がセルラー通信システムのための無線基地局または無線通信デバイスである、請求項6に記載の電子装置。
