Claims (4)
- ブーム、前記ブームを駆動するブームシリンダ、第1作業部材、前記第1作業部材を駆動する第1作業部材駆動シリンダ、第2作業部材、および、前記第2作業部材を駆動する第2作業部材駆動シリンダを含むフロント装置と、
前記ブームシリンダと前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダと前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダとに作動油を供給する油圧ポンプと、
前記ブームシリンダの動作を指令するブーム操作装置と、
前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダの動作を指令する第1作業部材操作装置と、
前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダの動作を指令する第2作業部材操作装置と、
前記ブーム操作装置による指令に応じて、前記油圧ポンプから前記ブームシリンダに供給する作動油の流れる方向を切換えるブーム方向制御弁と、
前記第1作業部材操作装置による指令に応じて、前記油圧ポンプから前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダに供給する作動油の流れる方向を切換える第1作業部材方向制御弁と、
前記第2作業部材操作装置による指令に応じて、前記油圧ポンプから前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダに供給する作動油の流れる方向を切換える第2作業部材方向制御弁と、を備えた作業機械において、
前記ブーム操作装置により前記ブームシリンダの縮小が指令され、前記第1作業部材操作装置により前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダの伸長が指令され、かつ、前記第2作業部材操作装置により前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダの伸長が指令されたときに、前記ブームシリンダのボトム側油室と前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダのボトム側油室および前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダのボトム側油室とを接続し、前記ブーム操作装置により前記ブームシリンダの縮小が指令され、前記第1作業部材操作装置により前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダの縮小が指令され、かつ、前記第2作業部材操作装置により前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダの縮小が指令されたときに、前記ブームシリンダのボトム側油室と前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダのロッド側油室および前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダのロッド側油室とを接続する接続切換装置を備え、
前記接続切換装置は、
前記ブーム操作装置の指令と前記第1,第2作業部材操作装置の指令とに加え、前記第1,第2作業部材駆動シリンダの前記ボトム側油室の圧力または前記ロッド側油室の圧力が負荷動作を行っているか否かを判定する閾値よりも大きい場合に、前記ブームシリンダのボトム側油室と前記第1,第2作業部材駆動シリンダの前記ボトム側油室または前記ロッド側油室とを接続することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1記載の作業機械において、
前記接続切換装置は、
前記ブームシリンダと前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダとの間に設けられ、前記ブームシリンダのボトム側油室と前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダのボトム側油室とを接続する第1切換位置、前記ブームシリンダのボトム側油室と前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダのロッド側油室とを接続する第2切換位置、前記ブームシリンダのボトム側油室と前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダのボトム側油室および前記ロッド側油室との間を遮断する遮断位置のいずれかの位置に切換えられる第1切換弁と、

前記ブーム操作装置により前記ブームシリンダの縮小が指令され、前記第1作業部材操作装置により前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダの伸長が指令され、かつ、前記第2作業部材操作装置により前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダの伸長が指令されたときに、前記第1切換弁および前記第2切換弁を前記第1切換位置に切換え、前記ブーム操作装置により前記ブームシリンダの縮小が指令され、前記第1作業部材操作装置により前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダの縮小が指令され、かつ、前記第2作業部材操作装置により前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダの縮小が指令されたときに、前記第1切換弁および前記第2切換弁を前記第2切換位置に切換える切換弁制御装置とを備えることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1記載の作業機械において、
前記第1作業部材は、アームであり、前記第2作業部材は、バケットであり、
前記第1作業部材駆動シリンダは、アームシリンダであり、前記第2作業部材駆動シリンダは、バケットシリンダであり、
前記第1作業部材操作装置は、アーム操作装置であり、前記第2作業部材操作装置は、バケット操作装置であり、
前記第1作業部材方向制御弁は、アーム方向制御弁であり、前記第2作業部材方向制御弁は、バケット方向制御弁であることを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項2記載の作業機械において、
前記第1切換弁および前記第2切換弁は、前記切換弁制御装置からの制御信号により制御される複数の比例電磁弁により切換えられることを特徴とする作業機械。
