Claims (5)
- 構成要素(100)の製造方法であって、当該方法が、
金属粉末を基部材料に塗布するステップと、
前記金属粉末の少なくとも一部を接合して初期層を形成するのに十分な温度に前記金属粉末を加熱するステップと、
前記金属粉末を分散させた層を、該金属粉末を分散させた層の少なくとも一部を接合して形成される追加の層を下層に接合するのに十分な温度に、加熱することによって、前記初期層の上に追加の層を順次形成するステップと、
既に形成された層の上に前記追加の層を順次形成するステップを繰り返して、前記構成要素(100)の形成される部分を形成するステップと、
前記形成された構成要素(100)又はその一部(100)の内側及び外側表面の1以上の少なくとも一部に、厚さ0.01mm~1.00mmのろう付けフィルムを適用するステップと
を含み、前記ろう付けフィルムの表面粗さが、該ろう付けフィルムが配置される構成要素(100)の表面の表面粗さよりも小さく、前記ろう付けフィルムを適用するステップが、前記ろう付けフィルムを適用した後で真空ろう付けすることを含む、方法。 - 前記基部材料が、前記構成要素(100)の一部である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素(100)が、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される金属粉末から形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ろう付けフィルムが、前記構成要素の表面の部分毎に変化する厚さを有し、各部分のろう付けフィルムの厚さが1以上の他の部分と5ミクロン~50ミクロンの範囲内で変化する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ろう付けフィルムが、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、質量組成式Ni0.6715Cr0.14B0.0275Co0.1Al0.035Ta0.025Y0.001、質量組成式Ni0.71Cr0.19Si0.10又はこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される組成を有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
