Claims (5)
- 超音波を放射する放射面、及び、前記放射面の反対側に位置する非放射面を有し、前記非放射面にボルトが突設された振動板と、
前記非放射面におけるボルト突設領域に接して配置され、前記ボルトが挿通されるボルト挿通孔が中心部に設けられた前面側共振部材と、
前面側共振部材と別体で構成されるとともに前記ボルトの先端部に設けられ、前記前面側共振部材を前記振動板との間に挟み込んだ状態で前記ボルトに締付固定される後面側共振部材と、
前記非放射面において前記ボルト突設領域に隣接するボルト非突設領域に振動子前面板が接して配置されたボルト締めランジュバン型の超音波振動子と
を備え、
一体となって振動可能な前記前面側共振部材と前記後面側共振部材とによって共振子が構成され、
前記振動子前面板及び前記前面側共振部材は平面視矩形状をなし、
前記振動子前面板の側面の一部と前記前面側共振部材の側面の一部とが結合子を介して連結されるとともに、
前記結合子を介して互いに連結された前記前面側共振部材及び前記振動子前面板が、前記振動子前面板及び前記前面側共振部材と前記振動板の前記非放射面との間に介された接着剤の接着力と、前記ボルトに対する前記後面側共振部材の締付固定力とにより、前記振動板の前記非放射面に対して接合固定されている
ことを特徴とする超音波放射ユニット。 - 一対の前記共振子間に少なくとも1つの前記超音波振動子を配置した振動子ユニットを1つ以上備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波放射ユニット。
- 複数の前記振動子ユニットが前記結合子を介して連結された連結型振動子ユニットを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波放射ユニット。
- 前記振動子前面板と前記前面側共振部材と前記結合子とが一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波放射ユニット。
- 前記超音波振動子は、縦振動モードで振動する縦振動型の振動子であり、前記共振子は、前記超音波振動子と同じ周波数及び縦振動モードで共振する共振子であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波放射ユニット。
