Description
Claims (5)
- 円筒電池を平面内に並列配置した層を複数重ねて形成された電池群であって、隣接する層に属する円筒電池は層間で互いに配列ピッチが半ピッチずらして配置されている、電池群と、
表裏に配置される前記円筒電池の側面に接触し、伝熱性波板材からなる伝熱板であって、前記円筒電池の中心軸線に直交する平面内における前記層内の円筒電池の配列方向、または前記配列方向に交差する第1交差方向、または前記配列方向と前記第1交差方向に交差する第2交差方向に沿って前記円筒電池間の隙間を通って延びる伝熱板と、
前記電池群の側方に配置され、前記伝熱板の端縁が接続している放熱体と、
を含み、
前記円筒電池のそれぞれは、少なくとも2枚の伝熱板に接し、
前記電池群は、前記層を重ねた方向において第1の側と第2の側を有し、各層に属する円筒電池の数が、前記第1の側から前記第2の側に向けて1個ずつ増加し、
前記放熱体は、少なくとも前記第2の側に配置され、
前記伝熱板は、前記第1交差方向に延びる第1方向伝熱板と、前記第2交差方向に延びる第2方向伝熱板を含み、前記層のそれぞれを横切る伝熱板が前記円筒電池の個数の増加に合わせて追加され、各伝熱板が前記第2の側で前記放熱体に接続している、
電池パックの部分構造。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックの部分構造であって、追加された前記伝熱板は、前記第1の側に向いた端縁が他の伝熱板と接続していない、電池パックの部分構造。
- 請求項1に記載の電池パックの部分構造であって、追加された前記伝熱板は、前記第1の側に向いた端縁が他の伝熱板と接続している、電池パックの部分構造。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電池パックの部分構造であって、前記放熱体は、前記第2の側に加え前記第1の側にも配置され、前記第1の側に最も近い層を横切る伝熱板が前記第1の側に配置された前記放熱体に接続されている、電池パックの部分構造。
- 円筒電池を並列配置して六角形を形成し、六角形に配列された円筒電池を同心状に複数配置した電池パックであって、前記六角形の各辺が請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パックの部分構造を有する、電池パック。
