Claims (9)
- 내부에 냉각수가 유통되며, 유입 공기의 하류측에 냉각수가 유입되는 유입구(210)가 길이 방향으로 형성되고 유입 공기의 상류측에 상기 유입구(210)가 형성된 면에 냉각수가 배출되는 배출구(220)가 길이 방향으로 형성되고, 상기 유입구(210) 및 배출구(220) 각각과 연결되는 통로를 포함하여 적어도 2개 이상의 통로가 길이 방향으로 연장되어 서로 연결되어 형성되는 유로(230)가 그 내부 또는 외부에 형성되는 수냉블록(200), 상기 수냉블록(200)의 상하 양면에 구비되는 열전모듈 어레이(100), 상기 열전모듈 어레이(100) 층의 바깥쪽 양측에 밀착되어 고정 구비되며 상기 수냉블록(200)의 폭 방향으로 공기를 유통시키는 방열핀블록(300)으로 이루어지는 단위 열교환기(500); 를 포함하되, 상기 단위 열교환기(500)는 하나 또는 적어도 2개 이상이 높이 방향으로 적층되어 구성되며,상기 방열핀블록(300)에 사용되는 핀은 코루게이트 루버 핀으로서,핀 높이(H)가 5mm 내지 12mm의 범위 내로 형성되고,핀 피치(Fp)가 0.5mm 내지 3mm의 범위 내로 형성되고,핀 소재 두께(t)가 0.04mm 내지 0.2mm의 범위 내로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈 열교환기.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유로(230)는상기 수냉블록(200)의 내측에 U자형으로 형성되는 내측유로로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유로(230)는상기 수냉블록(200)의 외측에 U자형으로 벤딩된 파이프가 부착되는 외측유로로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열전모듈 열교환기(1000)는적어도 2개 이상의 상기 단위 열교환기(500)가 높이 방향으로 적층되어 형성되며,상기 단위 열교환기(500)들의 상기 유입구(210)들을 높이 방향으로 서로 연결하며, 상기 유입구(210)들로 냉각수를 분배하여 유입시키도록 냉각수 입구(410)가 형성되는 제1연통로(400a); 및상기 단위 열교환기(500)들의 상기 배출구(220)들을 높이 방향으로 서로 연결하며, 상기 배출구(220)들로부터 배출된 냉각수를 모아 배출시키도록 냉각수 출구(420)가 형성되는 제2연통로(400b);를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈 열교환기.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 냉각수 입구(410)는 상기 제1연통로(400a)의 하부에,상기 냉각수 출구(420)는 상기 제2연통로(400b)의 상부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈 열교환기.
- 제 1, 5, 6, 7, 8항 중 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유입구(210) 및 상기 배출구(220)는공기의 흐름과 냉각수의 흐름이 대향류를 이루도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈 열교환기.
