Description
頂部開口を備え、底部に絶縁層を備える正極缶と、
底部開口を備え、頂部に下向きに突出している導電棒を備え、前記正極缶と共に囲まれた収容室を形成する負極缶と、
前記収容室内に位置し、前記充電可能なボタン電池の軸方向に沿うように延在する、前記導電棒が所在する通路を中央部に備え、前記絶縁層の上方に位置し且つ前記導電棒に電気的に接続されて前記負極缶に電気的に接続可能な負極タブを含む捲回セルと、を備える充電可能なボタン電池を提供する。

Claims (6)
- 充電可能なボタン電池であって、
正極缶であって、前記正極缶は、頂部開口を備え、前記正極缶の底部に絶縁層を備え、正極缶底部と、前記正極缶底部の周縁から上向きに延在する正極缶壁とを備えている正極缶と、
負極缶であって、前記負極缶は、底部開口を備え、前記負極缶の頂部に下向きに突出している導電棒を備え、前記正極缶と前記負極缶とによって囲まれた収容室が形成されており、前記負極缶は、負極缶頂部と、前記負極缶頂部の周縁から下向きに延在する負極缶壁とを備え、前記負極缶壁が前記正極缶壁の内側に位置する負極缶と、
捲回セルであって、前記捲回セルは、前記収容室内に位置し、前記充電可能なボタン電池の軸方向に沿うように延在する、前記導電棒が所在する通路を前記捲回セルの中央部に備え、前記絶縁層の上方に位置し且つ前記導電棒に電気的に接続されて前記負極缶に電気的に接続可能な負極タブと、前記正極缶に電気的に接続された正極タブとを含み、前記正極タブと前記負極タブがいずれも前記正極缶に近接して配置された捲回セルと、
前記正極缶壁と前記負極缶壁との間に位置する密封部と、前記負極缶壁の底端回りで内へ曲げられた曲げ部とを含むシールリングとを備え、
前記正極タブが少なくとも部分的に前記正極缶壁と前記密封部との間に配置されていることを特徴とする充電可能なボタン電池。 - 充電可能なボタン電池であって、
前記正極缶壁には、前記充電可能なボタン電池の径方向の内へ凹んだ凹み部が設けられており、前記正極タブが前記凹み部に当接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電可能なボタン電池。 - 充電可能なボタン電池であって、
前記充電可能なボタン電池の外部から前記凹み部に前記正極缶を締め付けるように巻き付けられている結束線をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の充電可能なボタン電池。 - 前記導電棒の底部構造が切頭円錐形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電可能なボタン電池。
- 前記導電棒が前記負極缶に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電可能なボタン電池。
- 前記負極タブが前記導電棒に溶接接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電可能なボタン電池。
