Description
材料としてポリスチレンを用いた測定用具本体2内に、以下の寸法の試料採取部を設けた。
図5に示す血液採取キット101を用いた。血液採取キット101は、キャピラリー挿入部101bとプレート101aを有する。プレート101aに、キャピラリー挿入部101b及びディスポーザブルチップ挿入部101cが設けられている。プレート101aの下面に容器102が連結されている。血液の吸引に際しては、図6(a)に示すキャピラリー103を血液に浸漬し、血液を毛細管現象により採取する。このキャピラリー103を、プレート101aのキャピラリー挿入部101bに挿入し、血液を容器102内に取り出す。次にプレート101aを移動し、容器102上に、ディスポーザブルチップ挿入部101cを位置させる。その状態で、ディスポーザブルチップ104をディスポーザブルチップ挿入部101cから容器102内に挿入し、採取された血液を取り出す。このようにして取り出された血液の量を測定した。結果を下記の表2に示す。

Claims (13)
- 毛細管現象により液体の試料を採取する試料採取部と、上流側流路と、下流側流路とを有する測定用具本体と、
前記測定用具本体に着脱可能な蓋体とを備え、
前記蓋体が前記測定用具本体に取り付けられた状態で、前記試料採取部の上流側端部及び前記上流側流路の下流側端部が開口している空間が設けられており、
前記試料採取部の下流側端部に前記下流側流路が接続されており、
前記蓋体が前記測定用具本体から分離された状態で前記空間が開放状態とされ、前記蓋体が前記測定用具本体に取り付けられた際に、前記空間が閉じられ、前記上流側流路と前記試料採取部とが接続される、測定用具。 - 前記蓋体が取り付けられて前記空間が閉じられた際の前記空間の体積が、100μL以下である、請求項1に記載の測定用具。
- 前記上流側流路が前記空間に開口している部分よりも、前記試料採取部の前記空間に開口している部分の方が、前記蓋体側に位置している、請求項1又は2に記載の測定用具。
- 前記上流側流路の途中に試薬収納部が設けられており、前記試薬収納部に試薬が収納されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の測定用具。
- 前記上流側流路に送液するためのポンプをさらに備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の測定用具。
- 前記測定用具本体が、第1の面と、前記第1の面と反対側の第2の面とを有し、前記第1の面側から、前記蓋体が前記測定用具本体に取り付けられる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の測定用具。
- 前記測定用具本体の前記第1の面に第1の凹部が設けられており、前記蓋体が前記測定用具本体に取り付けられた際に、前記第1の凹部と前記蓋体とで囲まれた前記空間が閉じられた状態とされる、請求項6に記載の測定用具。
- 前記第1の凹部の底面に前記上流側流路が開口している、請求項7に記載の測定用具。
- 前記測定用具本体の前記第1の面に前記試料採取部が開口している、請求項8に記載の測定用具。
- 前記試料採取部が、前記第1の面側から、前記第2の面側に向かって延ばされている、請求項9に記載の測定用具。
- 前記測定用具本体に、前記第1の凹部の周囲に、前記第1の凹部よりも深い第2の凹部が設けられており、前記蓋体が、前記第2の凹部に嵌まり合う挿入部を有する、請求項10に記載の測定用具。
- 前記上流側流路が、前記第2の凹部と前記測定用具本体の前記第2の面との間を通る第1の流路部と、前記第1の流路部の下流側端部に接続されており、前記第1の面と前記第2の面とを結ぶ方向に延びる第2の流路部とを有し、前記第2の流路部の下流側端部が前記空間に開口しており、前記下流側流路が、前記試料採取部の下流側端部から前記第2の凹部と前記第2の面との間を通り、前記第2の凹部外に延ばされている、請求項11に記載の測定用具。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の測定用具を用いた送液方法であって、
前記蓋体を前記測定用具本体から取り外した状態で、前記試料採取部に毛細管現象により試料を採取する工程と、
前記蓋体を前記測定用具本体に取り付け、前記上流側流路と前記試料採取部とを結ぶ流路が構成されるように前記空間を閉じた状態とする工程と、
前記上流側流路から液体を送り、前記試料及び前記液体を前記下流側流路に流す工程とを備える、送液方法。
