Description
Claims (21)
- 海中用途のための電力ケーブルであって、
前記電力ケーブルは、
前記電力ケーブルの中心に配置される抗張力体(1)と、
第1の絶縁層(3)であって、前記抗張力体(1)が前記第1の絶縁層(3)に埋設される第1の絶縁層(3)と、
保護用の外側シース(9)と
を備え、
前記電力ケーブルは、前記第1の絶縁層(3)の中に埋設される、1つまたは複数の第1のアルミニウム導体(4)をさらに備え、
前記第1の絶縁層(3)は、非架橋の固体の、エチレン、ポリエチレン、またはエチレンプロピレンゴムを含む、
電力ケーブル。 - 前記抗張力体(1)と前記第1の絶縁層(3)との間に位置付けられる第1の半導電性の外側遮蔽体(2)と、
前記絶縁層(3)を囲む第2の半導電性の外側遮蔽体(5)と、
を備える、請求項1記載の電力ケーブル。 - 前記電力ケーブルは、第3の半導電性の外側遮蔽体(5’)に囲む第2の絶縁層(3’)を備え、
前記第2の絶縁層(3’)は、前記第2の半導電性の外側遮蔽体(5)を囲み、
1つまたは複数の第2のアルミニウム導体(4’)は、前記第2の絶縁層(3’)の中に埋設されている、請求項2記載の電力ケーブル。 - 前記電力ケーブルは、円形の断面を備え、
前記電力ケーブルは、周方向に等間隔に配置される、2つ以上の第1のアルミニウム導体(4)をさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電力ケーブル。 - 前記電力ケーブルは、周方向に等間隔に配置される、2つ以上の第2のアルミニウム導体であって、前記第1のアルミニウム導体(4)の各々の中点が、前記電力ケーブルの中点を通り、かつ、第2のアルミニウム導体(4’)の1つだけの中点を通る1つの直線上にあるように、周方向に等間隔に配置される、第2のアルミニウム導体をさらに備える、請求項4記載の電力ケーブル。
- 前記抗張力体(1)は、ワイヤの束を備え、
前記第1のアルミニウム導体(4)は、複数のアルミニウムワイヤからなる、1つまたは複数のリングを備える、請求項1記載の電力ケーブル。 - 前記電力ケーブルは、
前記絶縁層(3)を囲む第2の半導電性の外側遮蔽体(5)と、
前記第2の半導電性の外側遮蔽体(5)を囲む第2の絶縁層(3’)と、
前記第2の絶縁層(3’)を囲む第3の半導電性の外側遮蔽体(5’)と
をさらに備える、請求項6記載の電力ケーブル。 - 前記第2の絶縁層(3’)は、非架橋の固体ポリマーを含む、請求項7記載の電力ケーブル。
- 前記第2の絶縁層(3’)は、非架橋の固体の、エチレン、ポリエチレン、またはエチレンプロピレンゴムを含む、請求項7記載の電力ケーブル。
- 前記電力ケーブルは、第1の金属遮蔽体(6)および/または第2の金属遮蔽体(7)をさらに備え、
前記第1の金属遮蔽体(6)および/または前記第2の金属遮蔽体(7)は、半導電性のテープ包装部(8)に包まれ、前記外側シース(9)の内側の直近に位置付けられている、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電力ケーブル。 - 前記第1の金属遮蔽体(6)および/または前記第2の金属遮蔽体(7)は、銅または鉛を含む、請求項10記載の電力ケーブル。
- 前記第1の金属遮蔽体(6)および/または前記第2の金属遮蔽体(7)は、軟銅を含む、請求項11記載の電力ケーブル。
- 前記電力ケーブルは、前記外側シース(9)を囲む鉛カバーをさらに備える、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の電力ケーブル。
- 前記電力ケーブルは、マルチコア電力ケーブルであり、
前記マルチコア電力ケーブルは、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の1つまたは複数の電力ケーブル(10)を備え、
前記マルチコア電力ケーブルにおいて、前記1つまたは複数の電力ケーブル(10)、1つまたは複数の重み要素(11)、および少なくとも1つの機能要素(12)が、押出絶縁層(13)に埋設されている、電力ケーブル。 - 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の電力ケーブルを製造するための方法であって、
前記抗張力体(1)および1つまたは複数の前記導体(4)の上に、1つの単一ステップにおいて、ポリマーの第1の絶縁層(3)を押出成形するステップを含む、方法。 - 第2の絶縁層(3’)が、前記第1の絶縁層(3)および1つまたは複数の第2のアルミニウム導体(4’)の上に押出成形される、電力ケーブルを製造するための請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記第2の絶縁層(3’)は、前記第1の絶縁層(3)とともに共押出成形される、電力ケーブルを製造するための請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記第1の絶縁層(3)および前記第2の絶縁層(3’)は、順に押出成形される、電力ケーブルを製造するための請求項16記載の方法。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の電力ケーブルの使用であって、
中電圧から高電圧までの海中用途における、電力ケーブルの使用。 - 請求項15~18のいずれか1項に記載の電力ケーブルを製造するための方法によって製造される電力ケーブルの使用であって、
中電圧から高電圧までの海中用途における、電力ケーブルの使用。 - 前記中電圧から高電圧までの海中用途が、洋上の風車のためのケーブル基盤、または海中用ポンプの駆動の用途を含む、請求項19または20記載の電力ケーブルの使用。
