Description

The present invention relates to plant climbing devices.

Wall greening is expected to have many effects other than mitigation measures for the heat island phenomenon, which is a problem in urban areas, and energy saving measures. Climbing plants are often used for such wall greening because plants are cultivated so as to cover the wall surface. When climbing plants are used for wall greening, climbing materials have been conventionally used as auxiliary members for extending the vines along the wall surface (see Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2006-75009

However, when conventional climbing materials are used, the plants grow flat against the wall surface. In order to use plants more effectively for alleviating the heat island phenomenon, it is preferable to grow plants three-dimensionally.

An object of the present invention is to provide a plant climbing apparatus capable of growing plants in three dimensions.

The present invention provides a plant-climbing device that extends in a first direction in which plants climb and that includes a plurality of attracting posts arranged in two parallel rows in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Preferably, the distance in the second direction between the attracting posts is variable.

Of the two rows, the first row of the attraction columns and the second row of the attraction columns are arranged in a zigzag pattern and are connected by auxiliary columns that are rotatable about the attraction columns. preferably.

Concavities and convexities are preferably formed on the surface of the attraction column.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a convenient plant climbing apparatus can be provided.

1 is a perspective view of a plant climbing device 5 of an embodiment and a cultivation device to which this plant climbing device 5 is attached; FIG. FIG. 10 is a diagram showing a state of connection between an attracting post 53 and an auxiliary post 54; 植物登攀装置5の伸縮状態を説明する図であり、(a)は伸長状態、(b)は収縮状態である。It is a figure explaining the expansion-contraction state of the plant climbing apparatus 5, (a) is an expansion state, (b) is a contraction state.

Hereinafter, a plant climbing device 5 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a plant climbing device 5 of the embodiment and a cultivation device 1 to which the plant climbing device 5 is attached.

First, the cultivation device 1 to which the plant climbing device 5 of the embodiment of the present invention is attached will be described. The cultivation apparatus 1 includes an exterior container 10 , a planter 40 arranged in the exterior container 10 , and a liquid feed pump 30 .

The exterior container 10 is a bottomed box member having front, rear, left, and right walls and a bottom, and having an open upper surface.
The outer container 10 of this embodiment is divided into an upper space and a lower space. However, it is not limited to this, and the internal space may not be separated.
A planter 40 can be installed in the upper space of this embodiment. The planter 40 is held in the upper space by, for example, hanging the upper edge on a step provided on the outer container 10 .

A lower space of the outer container 10 serves as a nutrient solution reservoir 20 capable of storing the nutrient solution. A nutrient solution is a liquid containing nutrients necessary for plant growth. A liquid feed pump 30 is arranged in the nutrient solution reservoir 20 . The liquid-sending pump 30 is connected to a watering pipe 31 that is a watering line for watering a planter 40 installed in the exterior container 10 . The nutrient solution sent out by the liquid-sending pump 30 passes through the watering pipe 31 and is watered to the planter 40 from the watering holes 31 a provided in the watering pipe 31 .

Although not limited to this, the inside of the planter 40 contains, in the present embodiment, light and water-permeable potting soil, and plants are planted in the potting soil. An opening is provided in the bottom surface of the planter 40 . As the planter 40, a commercially available planter having the above configuration can be used.

In this embodiment, two planters 40 can be accommodated inside the exterior container 10 . However, it is not limited to this, and the number of planters 40 that can be accommodated inside may be one, or may be more than two.

A side wall portion in the longitudinal direction (second direction) of the outer container 10 is provided with a concave portion 14, and the climbing device mounting portion 5B is fitted in the concave portion 14. As shown in FIG. The climbing device mounting portion 5B is a hollow cylindrical member into which a post 5A, which will be described later, can be inserted.

As shown in FIG. 1 , a plant climbing device 5 of the present embodiment can be attached to the upper portion of the cultivation device 1 . The plant climbing device 5 is for attracting the vines of climbing plants planted in the planter 40 .
The plant climbing device 5 includes two supports 5A arranged at both ends in the longitudinal direction (second direction) of the cultivation device 1 and extending in the vertical direction (first direction). As described above, the struts 5A can be fixed to the outer container 10 by being inserted into the cylindrical climbing device mounting portions 5B provided on the front and rear sides of the outer container 10 in the longitudinal direction (second direction). ing.

The plant climbing device 5 further comprises a plurality of attracting posts 53 arranged between the two struts 5A. The attraction post 53 extends in the vertical direction (first direction) along which climbing plants extend.
These plurality of attraction columns 53 are arranged in two rows along the second direction from one support 5A to the other column 5A.
The attraction pillars 53a arranged in one row (the front row in the figure) and the attraction pillars 53b arranged in the other row (the rear row in the figure) are the same straight line extending in the third direction perpendicular to the second direction. They are not on top of each other and are arranged in a staggered pattern. That is, one of the attracting posts 53b in the second row is arranged between the adjacent attracting posts 53a in the first row. In other words, the attraction poles 53a arranged in the first row and the attraction poles 53b arranged in the second row are arranged at the bending points of the zigzag lines.

The attraction columns 53a arranged in the first row and the attraction columns 53b arranged in the second row are connected by auxiliary columns 54 extending obliquely with respect to the second direction and the third direction on a horizontal plane perpendicular to the first direction. ing. The auxiliary poles 54 are arranged in a zigzag manner by connecting the attraction poles 53a and 53b.
The auxiliary pillars 54 are arranged at two locations, the upper portion and the lower portion of the attracting pillar 53a.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the connection state between the attracting post 53 (the attracting post 53a and the attracting post 53b will be described as the attracting post 53 when there is no need to distinguish between the attracting posts 53a and 53b) and the auxiliary post 54. As shown in FIG. As illustrated. The auxiliary post 54 extends horizontally from the side surface of an annular member 54a rotatably inserted around the perimeter of the attracting post 53, and is rotatable around the attracting post 53. As shown in FIG.

Thereby, the plant climbing device 5 can change the distance between the struts 5A at both ends. That is, the plant climbing device 5 can be expanded and contracted in the second direction. 3A and 3B are diagrams for explaining the expansion and contraction state of the plant climbing apparatus 5, in which FIG. 3A is the expansion state and FIG. 3B is the contraction state.
As shown in FIG. 3( a ), for example, when attaching the plant climbing device 5 to a wide cultivation device 1 , the struts 5</b>A at both ends are pulled away from each other. Then, the angle θ between the two auxiliary posts 54 extending from one attracting post 53 increases, and the distance between the posts 5A at both ends increases.
As shown in FIG. 3(b), for example, when attaching the plant climbing device 5 to the cultivation device 1 having a narrow width, the struts 5A at both ends are pulled toward each other. Then, the angle θ between the two auxiliary posts 54 extending from one attracting post 53 becomes smaller, and the distance between the posts 5A at both ends becomes narrower.
As described above, in the plant climbing apparatus 5 of the present embodiment, the attraction columns 53 are arranged in two rows in the front and the rear, so that the plants can be grown three-dimensionally. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the vines of the plants can be made dense without impairing the growth of the plants, so that the cultivation apparatus 1 having a high shielding effect by the vines of the plants can be realized.
Furthermore, since the distance between the attracting pillars 53 can be expanded and contracted, it is applicable to cultivation apparatuses 1 having different widths. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a plant climbing device 5 that matches the width of the cultivation device 1, which is convenient.

Further, the attraction column 53 of the embodiment is coated with sand, for example, by adhering sand to the surface. That is, unevenness 54b is formed on the surface of the attracting column 53. As shown in FIG. Therefore, when the vines of the plant are wrapped around the vines, the vines are less slippery and the vines can be reliably climbed.
It should be noted that it is preferable that the portion where the annular member to which the auxiliary column 54 is attached is inserted is not uneven in order to make it slippery during rotation.

Next, the plant-climbing device 5 of the embodiment and the cultivation device 1 to which the plant-climbing device 5 is attached will be described.
First, the nutrient solution is poured into the nutrient solution reservoir 20 of the cultivation apparatus 1 . A planter 40 is arranged in the upper space of the cultivation device 1 . The planter 40 is planted with potting soil and climbing plants.
The strut 5A of the plant climbing device 5 is inserted into the climbing device mounting portion 5B provided on the outer periphery of the cultivation device 1 . At this time, the plant-climbing device 5 is extendable, and the distance between the supports 5A is variable.
That is, as described above, as shown in FIG. 3A, for example, when the plant climbing device 5 is attached to the wide cultivation device 1, the struts 5A at both ends are pulled away from each other. Then, the angle θ between the two auxiliary posts 54 extending from one attracting post 53 increases, and the distance between the posts 5A at both ends increases. As shown in FIG. 3(b), for example, when the plant climbing device 5 is attached to the cultivation device 1 having a narrow width, the pillars 5A at both ends are pushed toward each other. Then, the angle θ between the two auxiliary posts 54 extending from one attracting post 53 becomes smaller, and the distance between the posts 5A at both ends becomes narrower.
Therefore, the plant climbing device 5 can be attached to the cultivation device 1 regardless of the longitudinal width of the cultivation device 1 (exterior container 10).

Moreover, the width of the plant climbing device 5 can be expanded or contracted according to preference or desire, regardless of the width of the cultivation device 1 . Greening density can be increased by narrowing the interval of the entire plant climbing device.
For example, for comparison, if the attracting posts 53 are arranged in a row, the interval between the attracting posts 53 cannot be made too narrow in consideration of the margin for winding the vine. However, in this embodiment, since the attracting pillars 53 are alternately arranged in two rows, the greening density can be increased by changing the angle θ between the auxiliary pillars 54 without narrowing the interval between the attracting pillars 53 too much. can also be adjusted.

Furthermore, as the plants grow, the attracting posts 53 are arranged in two rows in the front and rear, so that the plants can grow three-dimensionally. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the vines of the plants can be made dense without impairing the growth of the plants, so that the cultivation apparatus 1 having a high shielding effect by the vines of the plants can be realized.

The liquid feed pump 30 is activated. The time for operating the liquid-sending pump 30 varies depending on the season and the like, but for example, once a day for about 5 minutes, the time can be managed by a timer or the like.
When the liquid-sending pump 30 is operated, the nutrient solution is sent upward through the watering pipe 31 and is watered onto the culture medium through the watering holes 31a.

Plants are appropriately watered with nutrient solution and grown, and when the vines are extended, they are extended by winding around the attracting poles 53 of the plant climbing device 5. At this time, since the unevenness 54b is formed on the surface of the attracting post 53, the vine of the plant tightly wraps around the attracting post 53 without slipping.

Furthermore, since the nutrient solution is automatically sent by the solution-sending pump 30, it is possible to save the user the trouble of sprinkling water and supplying the nutrient solution. In addition, dryness and growth failure due to forgetting to supply the nutrient solution do not occur.

The nutrient solution is not poured over, and the nutrient solution that has not been absorbed by the culture medium flows out from the opening 43 of the planter into the nutrient solution reservoir 20 . The nutrient solution stored in the nutrient solution reservoir 20 is sent to the culture medium again by the solution sending pump 30, so the nutrient solution is not wasted. Therefore, there is little possibility of environmental pollution or the like.

Since the nutrient solution is stored in the exterior container 10, liquid fertilizer management is facilitated and fertilization work can be shortened.

In addition, since the nutrient solution storage part 20 is installed and integrated in the outer container 10 in which the planter is arranged, there is no need to separately provide a nutrient solution tank or the like, and a space for installing the tank is unnecessary, thereby saving space. can be achieved.

Since the planter 40 is detachable, a spare can be prepared for replacement.

Since the plant climbing device 5 can be attached to the cultivation device 1, the cultivation system 3 in which the cultivation device 1 and the plant climbing device 5 are integrated can be provided. Therefore, wall surface greening can be performed with this cultivation system 3 alone.
