Claims (9)
- ピストンリングであって、
・環状体(2)と、
・溶射によって前記環状体(2)上に適用された耐摩耗層(6)と、
・溶射によって前記耐摩耗層(6)上に適用され、かつ、AlCuFe合金より成るなじみ層(8)と、
を備え、
前記なじみ層(8)が、ショットペレットによるインプリントを有すると共に、該インプリントにて歪み硬化に基づくより大きな硬度を有し、
前記なじみ層(8)が、150~250の硬度HVを有し、
ショットピーニングにおいて、50~100%のカバレージが実現され、
前記なじみ層(8)が、60~95 μmの粗さRzを有するピストンリング。 - 請求項1に記載のピストンリングであって、前記なじみ層(8)が、アーク溶射によって前記耐摩耗層(6)上に適用されているピストンリング。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のピストンリングであって、前記環状体(2)の摺動面上に溶射によって適用された接着促進層(4)を更に備え、前記耐摩耗層(6)が、前記接着促進層(4)上に適用されているピストンリング。
- 請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のピストンリングであって、前記耐摩耗層(6)及び前記なじみ層(8)が、重ね塗り形態で適用されているピストンリング。
- 請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のピストンリングであって、前記環状体の側面のエッジが、30°~70°の角度及び/又は0.5~2.0 mmの幅を有する面取り部を有するピストンリング。
- ピストンリングの製造方法であって、
・環状体(2)を提供するステップと、
・前記環状体(2)上に耐摩耗層(6)を溶射するステップと、
・前記耐摩耗層(6)上に、AlCuFe合金より成るなじみ層(8)を溶射するステップと、・前記なじみ層を、50~100%のカバレージが実現されるショットピーニングによって歪み硬化するステップと、
を含み、
前記なじみ層(8)が、150~250の硬度HVを有し、
前記なじみ層(8)が、60~95 μmの粗さRzを有する方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記なじみ層を、アーク溶射によって前記耐摩耗層(6)上に適用する方法。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の方法であって、前記耐摩耗層の溶射が、
・アーク溶射コーティングと、
・ワイヤーフレームコーティングと、
・大気プラズマ溶射(APS)と、
・高速フレーム溶射(HVOF)と、
の何れか1つを含む方法。 - 請求項7又は8の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
・30°~70°の角度及び/又は0.5~2.0 mmの幅を有する面取り部を、前記環状体の側面のエッジに設けるステップを更に含む方法。
