Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体の前後面に形成されたバスバーフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体を基準として前記バスバーフレームの外側に形成されて外部の電源と電気的に連結される端子バスバー、および
前記バスバーフレームを覆うエンドプレートを含み、
前記端子バスバーは、前記バスバーフレームの両側にそれぞれ形成され、
前記両側の端子バスバーは、向き合う側の側面に陥没部が形成されており、前記陥没部と前記バスバーフレームとが形成する陥没空間にナットが挿入されており、
前記端子バスバーは、
前記バスバーフレームと結合する本体部、
前記本体部の上側で前記バスバーフレームと垂直をなして外側に突出形成される突出部、および
前記本体部と前記突出部を連結し、折り曲げ形成される折り曲げ部を含み、
前記折り曲げ部の側面に前記陥没部が形成されている電池モジュール。 - 前記突出部は、前記ナットの上側を覆うように形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部の一側にはホール部が形成され、前記ホール部は、前記ナットの中空部と対応する位置に形成される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記電池セル積層体の長さ方向を基準として前記端子バスバーおよび前記ナットの外側に形成されて、前記バスバーフレームを覆う、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記端子バスバーおよび前記ナットと、前記エンドプレートとの間に形成された絶縁カバーをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナットは、正六面体形状を有する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナットは、直六面体形状を有する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記陥没空間のそれぞれにはナットが挿入される、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記両側の端子バスバーの間には複数のバスバーが形成され、
前記バスバーフレームには、前記複数のバスバーを側面から覆うバスバーフレーム突出部が形成され、
前記バスバーフレーム突出部は、前記陥没空間に挿入された前記ナットの向き合う部分をそれぞれ支持する、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
