Claims (9)
- 輸液剤のデッドエンド濾過のための濾過装置(10)であって、
i.液体の入口(15)を有するヘッダ部(11)、
ii.複数の穴(16)を有するディスク(12)であって、各穴(16)は、当該ディスク(12)から突出する半透性の中空繊維膜(14)の第1の端部(17)を保持し、当該半透性の中空繊維膜(14)は、その第2の端部(18)において封止され、それによって、当該半透性の中空繊維膜(14)の第1の端部(17)に入るいかなる流体も、膜壁を通してしか繊維から離れることができず、この処理において濾過される、ディスク(12)、及び
iii.液体の出口(19)を有する管状部(13)

- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、グリコール変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PETG)である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記半透性の中空繊維膜(14)が、2.8~4.0mmの内径及び100~500μmの壁厚を有し、壁厚に対する内径の比率が10より大きい、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 前記半透性の中空繊維膜(14)が、毛細管流量ポロメトリによって決定された、0.2~0.5μmの範囲の平均フロー孔径を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 複数の半透性の中空繊維膜(14)の全有効表面積は、10~250cm2である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 液体が、複数の半透性の中空繊維膜(14)の管腔の中に、入口(15)を通して、0.5~4bar(g)の圧力で導入され、前記濾過装置(10)を通る前記液体の流量が、1.5bar(g)の水を用いて20℃で測定すると、10~25ml/cm2×minの範囲を示し、当該複数の半透性の中空繊維膜(14)の壁を通して液体が濾過され、濾過した液体が出口19を通して濾過装置10から取り出される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(10)。
- 輸液剤のデッドエンド濾過のための濾過装置(10)を作製する方法であって、
a)各々が、赤外光が実質的に透過する熱可塑性ポリマーを含む、ヘッダ部(11)及び管状部(13)を提供すること、
b)熱可塑性ポリマーのディスク(12)を提供することであって、当該熱可塑性ポリマーは、カーボンブラック、リン酸銅及びインジウム錫酸化物(ITO)から選択される赤外線吸収性無機顔料、並びにフタロシアニン、ナフタロシアニン、アゾ染料の金属錯体、アントラキノン、スクアリン酸誘導体、インモニウム染料、ペリレン、クアテリレン及びポリメチンから選択される赤外線吸収性有機顔料から成る群から選択される赤外線吸収性顔料を、0.1~10重量%の量で含み、当該ディスク(12)は、複数の穴(16)を有し、各穴(16)は、当該ディスク(12)から突出する半透性の中空繊維膜(14)の第1の端部(17)を保持し、当該半透性の中空繊維膜(14)は、その第2の端部(18)において封止され、それによって、当該半透性の中空繊維膜(14)の第1の端部(17)に入るいかなる流体も、膜壁を通してしか繊維から離れることができず、この処理において濾過される、ディスク(12)を提供すること、
c)前記ヘッダ部(11)、複数の前記半透性の中空繊維膜(14)を保持する前記ディスク(12)及び前記管状部(13)を、当該ヘッダ部(11)のリップ部及び当該管状部(13)のリップ部が前記ディスク(12)と接触し、当該ヘッダ部(11)は、当該ディスク(12)の前記穴(16)を覆い、当該管状部(13)は、複数の当該半透性の中空繊維膜(14)を封入するように組み立てること、
d)800~1090nmの範囲の波長を有するレーザ光を用いた照射によって、前記ヘッダ部(11)を前記ディスク(12)に溶接し、前記ディスク(12)を前記管状部(13)に溶接すること
を含む、方法。
