Description
水溶液中の固体基質への油滴の沈着(付着)に対する界面活性剤/ポリマーの濃度の影響を調査するために、さまざまなアニオン界面活性剤(C14-SME、C16-SME及びSLES)、アニオン性/双性界面活性剤混合物、他の界面活性剤及び塩添加剤を含む、いくつかの界面活性剤をテストした。
PDM実験は、先行技術であるDanov, et al., 2016.に記載されているように、キャピラリーメニスカスダイナモメトリー法(capillary meniscus dynamometry method)から変更された実験モデルに基づいて設定された。実験では、油滴が外径1.83mmの金属キャピラリー(中空針)の先端に形成された。金属キャピラリーは、液滴の量を正確に制御するために、ピエゾ駆動膜(piezo-driven membrane)でアップグレードされたDSA30装置(クルス社(Kruss GmbH)、ドイツ)に取り付けられた。その量を増加させると、試験された水溶液で満たされたガラスキュベットの底に置かれた、基質に液滴が押し付けられた。キュベット内の水相の量を一定に保ちながら、溶液の一部を純水で交換することにより、初期溶液のさまざまな程度の希釈が実現された。
比較実験は、人間の髪の毛(基質として)と、ジャガーC-13-S及びC16-SMEまたはSLES-1EOを含むシャンプー製剤を使用して行われた。他のすべての条件は、実施例2のPDM方法で述べたものと同じであった。シリコンオイルには、蛍光マーカー(染料)Bodipy(ジフルオロ{2- [1-(3,5-ジメチル-2H-ピロール-2-イリデン-N)エチル] -3,5-ジメチル-1H-ピロラト-N}ボロン)シグマ社(Sigma)、CAS:121207-31-6が含まれている。髪を最初にシリコンオイルに浸し、次に界面活性剤とポリマーの溶液にさまざまな希釈の程度で浸した。
PDM実験により、閾値付着濃度Cadhは、ジャガーC-13-S(Jaguar(登録商標)C-13-S)の濃度の関数として測定された。得られた依存性(図5に示す)は、0.075重量%のジャガーC-13-Sではっきりとした最大値を示す。これは、6重量%の全界面活性剤濃度(1:1 C16-C18-SME:CAPB)での油滴沈着に対するこのカチオンポリマーの最適濃度を表している。この実験は、(i)ポリマーと界面活性剤の最適な比率の存在、及び(ii)PDMがこの最適な比率を決定するための適切な方法であることを示している。
Claims (18)
- 12~20個の炭素原子(C12~C20)の鎖長を有する脂肪酸のスルホン化メチルエステルを2つ以上含むスルホン化メチルエステル化合物の混合物と、
双性界面活性剤と、
油相と、
カチオンポリマーと、
を含み、
スルホン化メチルエステル化合物の前記混合物と前記双性界面活性剤が、組成物の重量で10%~15%の総重量で存在し、
スルホン化メチルエステル化合物の前記混合物と前記双性界面活性剤が、重量で5~7.5:1の組み合わせ比率で存在する、
基質への油滴の沈着を増強するためのシャンプー組成物。 - スルホン化メチルエステル化合物の前記混合物が、C14スルホン化メチルエステルとC16スルホン化メチルエステルの間の混合物、C14スルホン化メチルエステルとC18スルホン化メチルエステルの間の混合物、又は、C16スルホン化メチルエステルとC18スルホン化メチルエステルの間の混合物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- スルホン化メチルエステル化合物の前記混合物が、55%~95%のC16スルホン化メチルエステルと5%~45%のC18スルホン化メチルエステルを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が無機電解質をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の組成物。
- 前記無機電解質が塩化ナトリウムまたは塩化カリウムである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記双性界面活性剤がアルキルベタインである、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記アルキルベタインがコカミドプロピルベタインである、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記カチオンポリマーがグアーガムである、請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の組成物。
- 前記油相がシリコン油、鉱油、植物油、又はそれらの水中油型エマルションである、請求項1~8のいずれか一つに記載の組成物。
- 油滴の基材への付着を増強するためのシャンプー組成物の使用であって、
前記組成物が、
12~20個の炭素原子(C12~C20)の鎖長を有する脂肪酸のスルホン化メチルエステルを2つ以上含むスルホン化メチルエステル化合物の混合物と、
双性界面活性剤と、
油相と、
カチオンポリマーと、
