For example, when the article (C), which is the content, is an aromatic agent or the like, the barrier layer (32) may deteriorate due to volatilized aromatic components or the like, or the barrier layer (32) and the adhesive layer ( 34) to prevent delamination from occurring. The buffer layer (33) is preferably made of a polyamide resin film. The polyamide resin film that constitutes the buffer layer (33) preferably has a corona-treated layer (not shown) formed only on the surface on the barrier layer (32) side of the two surfaces, thereby forming the inner layer (33). The pinhole resistance of 3b) is improved, and when the outer layer (3a) of the lid member (3) is peeled and opened, the outer layer (3a) is less likely to tear, improving peelability. The thickness of the buffer layer (33) is about 10-40 μm.

OG=(DAD×tAD+DSL×tSL)/(tAD+tSL
The inner layer (3b) of the lid (3) consists of a sealant layer (35) heat-sealed to the flange (2a) of the container (2) and the outside of the sealant layer (35) (upper side in FIGS. 2 and 3). and an adhesive layer (34) disposed on the outer layer (3a) to adhere the sealant layer (35) to the buffer layer (33) of the outer layer (3a).
The sealant layer (35) is made of a polyolefin resin film such as a polyethylene resin (PE) film or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) film. The adhesive layer (34) is an extruded layer of polyolefin resin such as polyethylene resin (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA).
The average density of the inner layer (3b) including the adhesive layer (34) and sealant layer (35) is 0.91 to 0.93 g/cm 3 . Here, the "average density" of the inner layer (3b) is calculated from the density of each layer (35) and (34) measured by the D method (density gradient tube method) specified in JIS K7112 (1999). Say. Specifically, it is as follows.
DOG = (D AD ×t AD +D SL ×t SL )/(t AD +t SL )
D OG : Average density of inner layer (out gassing)
D AD : Density of adhesive layer
t AD : Thickness of adhesive layer
D SL : Density of sealant layer
t SL : Thickness of sealant layer The melting point of the polyolefin resin forming the adhesive layer (34) is 5 to 25°C higher than the melting point of the polyolefin resin forming the sealant layer (35). preferable. Here, the "melting point" is measured according to the method for measuring the melting temperature of plastics specified in JIS K7121 (2012). When the lid material (3) is heat-sealed to the flange (2a) of the container (2), the sealant layer (35) is first adhered because the melting point difference is 5°C or more. ) is not displaced, and since the melting point difference is within 25° C., the buffer layer (33) is not melted and peeled off from a place other than the intended location.
The thickness of the sealant layer (35) is preferably about 30-80 μm, and the thickness of the adhesive layer (34) is preferably about 20 μm or less. Furthermore, it is preferable that the total thickness of the inner layer portion (3b) including the sealant layer (35) and the adhesive layer (34) is 35 μm to 80 μm. The speed of gas exchange can be controlled by the thickness of the inner layer (3b), and by setting the thickness within the above range, for example, when the article (C) is an aromatic, an appropriate scent is released during use. In addition, it is possible to use up the aromatic agent as the content within a period in which it does not degrade.

The method of heat-sealing the lid member (3) to the flange (2a) of the container (2) is not particularly limited, but a knurled seal is preferably used to obtain high sealing strength.

For example, by pulling up the lid member (3) by holding the knob, the gap between the outer layer (3a) and the inner layer (3b), that is, between the buffer layer (33) and the adhesive layer (34) is removed. Interfacial peeling occurs between them. As a result, the outer layer (3a) is separated from the container (2), leaving only the inner layer (3b) on the side of the container (2). Gas exchange takes place with the external space, and the article (C), such as a fragrance, which is the content, performs a function such as releasing fragrance.
The peel strength between the outer layer (3a) and the inner layer (3b) is preferably 0.4-1.5 N/15 mm, more preferably 0.6-1.3 N/15 mm. If the peel strength is less than 0.4 N/15 mm, the outer layer (3a) may be unintentionally peeled off when unopened. becomes difficult to peel off. Here, the "peel strength" refers to the value measured under the condition that 15 mm wide samples adhered in a T-shape are peeled at 100 mm/min.

Next, specific examples of the invention will be described, but the invention is not limited to these examples.

<Production of lid material>
A polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET) film (= base layer) with a thickness of 12 μm is placed on one side of an aluminum foil (= barrier layer) with a thickness of 9 μm made of A1N30H-O specified in JIS H4160 (2006). Dry lamination was performed using a two-liquid curing type polyester urethane resin adhesive.
Next, on the other surface of the aluminum foil, a polyamide resin film (=buffer layer) having a thickness of 15 μm having only one surface subjected to corona treatment was applied so that the corona-treated layer faced the aluminum foil. Dry lamination was performed using a two-liquid curing type polyester urethane resin adhesive.
A polyethylene resin (PE) film (=sealant layer) having a thickness of 50 μm was laminated by extrusion lamination using polyethylene resin (PE) on the polyamide resin film side surface of the laminate (=outer layer portion) thus obtained. . The thickness of the polyethylene resin extruded layer (=adhesive layer) was 15 μm. Here, for the polyethylene resin film and the polyethylene resin extruded layer, those having the density and melt flow rate (MFR) shown in Table 1 below are used, and the laminated portion (= inner layer portion) of the polyethylene resin film and the polyethylene resin extruded layer ) was made to have an average density as shown in Table 1.

The five types of laminates obtained as described above were cut into substantially circular shapes with a diameter of 45 mm to prepare lid members of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2.

<Production of package>
Next, prepare a plurality of cup-shaped containers (flange outer diameter 40 mm, inner diameter 35 mm) as shown in FIG. , each container was filled with 3 cc of liquid fragrance. Three types of A, B, and C were used for the fragrance.
Then, the lid materials of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were placed on the upper surface of the flange of each container containing the aromatics A, B, and C so that the sealant layer faced the flange, and both were heated. fused. Thermal fusion bonding was performed using a knurl sealer under the conditions of a heating temperature of 160° C., a pressure of 0.2 MPa, and a heating and pressing time of 1 second.
Packages of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were produced through the above steps.

<Verification of change in air freshener transmittance>
The lid materials of the packages of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were separated between the polyamide resin film and the polyethylene resin extruded layer, leaving only the polyethylene resin extruded layer and the polyethylene resin film on the container side. and stored in this state at room temperature for one month.
During storage, the weight of each package was measured every other week, and the change in the transmittance of the fragrance was confirmed by calculating the difference from the weight before storage. Then, "○" indicates that the change in transmittance was stable for one month, and "x" indicates that it was unstable. The results are shown in Table 2 below.

Figure 0007153428000002
Figure 0007153428000002

As shown in Table 2, in the packages of Examples 1 and 2, the change in transmittance was stable for one month regardless of the type of fragrance, indicating that the fragrance was stably released. In addition, in the case of the package of Example 3, changes in the transmittance of some of the fragrances were almost stable for one month. On the other hand, in the packages of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, changes in transmittance were unstable.
