Claims (3)
- 非磁性体から構成され、両側には中心から放射状に多数のコイル体(111、111’)が形成され、駆動軸(10)の周囲で、回転時に駆動軸(10)と干渉しないように車体に固定される固定板(110)と、非磁性体から構成され、固定板(110)の両側に対応するように駆動軸(10)にキー(11)を介して結合されて駆動軸(10)とともに回転し、固定板(110)に対応する面にはコイル体(111、111’)に対応する多数の磁石体(121、121’)が放射状に形成され、圧縮スプリング(130)によって弾持された両側一対の回転板(120、120’)とからなり、コイル体(111、111’)からの所定符号の電荷によって電力を生産してバッテリー(20)に貯蔵して駆動可能にするディスクユニット(100)と;
回転板(120、120’)に近くに設けられ、ブレーキペダルの作動による磁石体(121、121’)の磁場による電圧を検出するホールセンサー(200)と;
該ホールセンサー(200)からの検出電圧によってバッテリー(20)に貯蔵された電流をコイル体(111、111’)に印加してコイル体(111、111’)を電磁石化させ、回転板(120、120’)の磁石体(121、121’)と相異なる極性で作用させて回転板(120、120’)の引力による制動力を付与するものであって、回転板(120、120’)の両側周囲に対称状に設けられ、ホールセンサー(200)の出力許容範囲を外れたブレーキペダルの作動によって両側回転板(120、120’)を押圧して摩擦力によって制動力を付与する制動手段(300)と;
を含んでなり、
ホールセンサー(200)は、ブレーキペダルの圧迫力の増大によって磁石体(121、121’)との間隔が小さくなって検出電圧が増大するように構成されることを特徴とする、発電兼用電動手段を用いたディスクブレーキ装置。 - 制動手段(300)は、“×”字形にヒンジ(H)を介して連結されて回動する両側一対の押圧部材(310、310’)からなり、
それぞれの押圧部材(310、310’)の一端部には、回転板(120、120’)に接触して摩擦力を付与するようにブレーキパッドが装着される摩擦部(320、320’)が設けられ、
それぞれの押圧部材(310、310’)の他端部には、ブレーキペダルと連結されて押圧部材(310、310’)に回動力を付与する押圧部(330、330’)が設けられ、
両側の押圧部(330、330’)は復元スプリング(332)を介して連結されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発電兼用電動手段を用いたディスクブレーキ装置。 - 水平センサー(gyro sensor)(400)をさらに含んでなり、
水平センサー(400)は、上り坂の傾斜度を測定し、その傾斜度によってバッテリー(20)に貯蔵された電力をコイル体(111、111’)に印加して駆動軸(10)に動力を伝達することができるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発電兼用電動手段を用いたディスクブレーキ装置。
