Description
本発明は、基材又はマトリックス材料としてのセラミック材料の最下層及び最上層を有する多層ブランク、特に、歯科用修復物の製造に使用されるブランクの製造方法であって、異なる組成の層を型に層毎に導入し、圧縮し、ついで、焼結し、個々の層が、少なくとも1種の着色酸化物、好ましくは、少なくとも2種の着色酸化物を含有する、方法に関する。
対応する方法は、DE第102015122864号に開示されている。個々の層の間の連続的な移行を達成するために、中間層が、個々の層の間に形成され、隣接する層の材料の混合物を含有する。対応するブランクから製造された歯科用修復物は、底部層から始まる連続的に変化する半透明性を示す。
本発明の目的は、美的要件を満たすことができ、歯の自然な外観に対応し又はほぼ対応する歯科用修復物を製造することができるブランクが利用可能になるように、冒頭で言及された種類の方法を開発することである。
この目的を達成するために、本明細書に記載された方法は更に発展され、第1着色酸化物として、Co、Mn、Ni、Cr群からの少なくとも1種の酸化物が、1つの着色酸化物として使用されるようにする。第1着色酸化物を含有する最下層における第1着色酸化物の割合は、第1着色酸化物を含有する最上層における割合より低く、Pr、Er、Fe、Ti、V、Bi、Cu、Tb群からの少なくとも1種の酸化物は、第2着色酸化物として使用され、第2着色酸化物を含有する最下層における第2着色酸化物の割合は、最上層における割合より高い。
層は、好ましくは、第1着色酸化物及び第2着色酸化物の形態の少なくとも2種の着色酸化物を有し、第2着色酸化物として、Pr、Er、Fe、Ti、V、Bi、Cu、Tb群からの少なくとも1種の酸化物が使用され、最下層におけるその割合は、最上層におけるより高い。
(式中、Meは、酸化物の形態で二価、三価又は四価のカチオン(n=2、3、4、及び0≦x≦1)として存在する金属である)
並びに酸化ジルコニウムの正方晶及び/又は立方晶相
からの少なくとも1種の金属酸化物粉末が、セラミック材料のために又はセラミック材料として使用される。同セラミック材料は、対応する層の基材又はマトリックス材料である。特に、酸化イットリウム安定化二酸化ジルコニウムが使用される。

技術的に避けられない不純物<0.2(例えば、SiO2、Na2O)
Y2O3 4.5~13.0
第1着色酸化物としてのCo3O4>0ppm~200ppm
第2着色酸化物としてのFe2O3及びEr2O3 2,000ppm~8,000ppm
ZrO2=100%-(Y2O3+Al2O3+HfO2+不可避の不純物+第1着色酸化物+第2着色酸化物)
Claims (11)
- 歯冠、部分歯冠、ブリッジ、ベニヤ、又はアバットメントである歯科用修復物(42)を製造するための多層ブランク(40)であって、
異なる組成の1種以上のセラミック材料の、少なくとも1つの最下層(14)と1つの最上層とを有し、
これらの層は、少なくとも1種の第1着色酸化物を含有し、
第1着色酸化物は、Co、Mn、Ni、Cr群からの少なくとも1種の酸化物、又はそれらの混合物であり、最下層(14)における第1着色酸化物の割合A1が、0ppm<A1≦100ppmであり、最上層における第1着色酸化物の割合A2が、10ppm≦A2≦200ppmであり、かつA2>A1であり、
ブランクは、Pr、Bi、Er、Fe、Ti、V、Cu、Tb群からの少なくとも1種の第2着色酸化物を含有し、最下層(14)における第2着色酸化物の割合は、最上層におけるより高い、
多層ブランク。 - 前記第1着色酸化物が、Co 3 O 4 、MnO 2 、又はそれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の多層ブランク。
- 第1着色酸化物の割合が、最下層(14)から始まって層毎に高くなり、かつ/又は第2着色酸化物の割合が、最下層(14)から始まって層毎に低くなる、請求項1又は2に記載の多層ブランク。
- 層の数が、2~7である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の多層ブランク。
- 基材としてのセラミック材料が、酸化アルミニウム又は酸化イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムであり、酸化イットリウムの割合が4.5~13.0重量%の範囲にあり、その割合は、最下層から最上層に向かって高くなる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の多層ブランク。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の多層ブランク(40)の製造方法であって、
異なる組成の層(14,24)を層毎に型(10)に導入し、圧縮し、ついで、焼結し、個々の層は、少なくとも1種の着色酸化物を含有し、
第1着色酸化物として、Co、Mn、Ni、Cr群からの少なくとも1種の酸化物が、1つの着色酸化物として使用され、
第1着色酸化物を含有する最下層(14)における第1着色酸化物の割合は、第1着色酸化物を含有する最上層におけるより低く、
Pr、Er、Fe、Ti、V、Bi、Cu、Tb群からの少なくとも1種の酸化物は、第2着色酸化物として使用され、第2着色酸化物を含有する最下層における第2着色酸化物の割合は、最上層における割合より高い、
方法。 - 層(14)を型(10)に導入した後、層の表面(18)を平滑化し、更なる層(24)を導入し、層の数に応じてこの手順を続け、更なる層(24)を導入する前に、先の層(14)の平滑化された表面(18)を、隆起及び窪みを形成するように構造化し、全ての層(14,24)を型(10)に導入した後に、それらの層をユニットとして圧縮する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- Co、Mn又はこれらの混合物群からの酸化物が第1着色酸化物として使用される、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- セラミック材料として、酸化イットリウム安定化二酸化ジルコニウムが使用される、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 最下層(14)が、象牙質領域のためのブランク(40)から製造される修復物(42)のために使用され、最上層が切端領域のために使用される、請求項6~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
