Description
ヤーン上に第1の相間層を形成するステップと、
1つまたは複数の織物操作を実施することによって、ヤーンから得られるべき部品の繊維強化材を形成する繊維プリフォームを作製するステップと、
第1の相間層上の繊維プリフォームの細孔内に大部分がセラミック製のマトリックスを形成するステップと
を含む。
[BCl3の導入速度]を[アルミニウムを含む前駆体ガスの導入速度]で割った比が2~5の範囲にある、
[NH3の導入速度]を[BCl3の導入速度]で割った比が1~15の範囲にある、
[NH3の導入速度]を[アルミニウムを含む前駆体ガスの導入速度]で割った比が1~50の範囲内にある。
反応チャンバ内の温度:1200℃、
反応チャンバ内の圧力:0.2kPa、
アルミニウムを含む前駆体ガスとして使用されるトリメチルアルミニウム、
[BCl3が導入される流量]を[アルミニウムを含む前駆体ガスが導入される流量]で割った比が3に等しい、
[NH3が導入される流量]を[BCl3が導入される流量]で割った比が10に等しい、
[NH3が導入される流量]を[アルミニウムを含む前駆体ガスが導入される流量]で割った比が30に等しい、
反応チャンバ内の気相の通過時間が10ミリ秒(ms)未満、例えば約8ミリ秒である。
Claims (13)
- 炭素またはセラミックのヤーン(12)できている繊維強化材と、大部分がセラミックであるマトリックス(16)とを含む複合材料部品(1、2、3)であって、ヤーンを覆っており、且つヤーンとマトリックスとの間に存在する、第1の相間層(14、24)を、この部品はさらに含み、前記第1の相間層が、アルミニウムでドープされた窒化ホウ素の層であり、5%~15%の範囲内にあるアルミニウムの原子含有量を示す、複合材料部品(1、2、3)。
- 第1の相間層が、5%~12%の範囲内にあるアルミニウムの原子含有量を示す、請求項1に記載の部品(1、2、3)。
- 第1の相間層が、7%~12%の範囲内にあるアルミニウムの原子含有量を示す、請求項2に記載の部品(1、2、3)。
- 第1の相間層(14)が、ヤーン(12)と接触している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の部品(1)。
- 部品が、ヤーン(12)と第1の相間層(24)との間に位置する窒化ホウ素の第2の相間層(23)をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の部品(2、3)。
- 第1の相間層(24)が、第2の相間層(23)と接触している、請求項5に記載の部品(2)。
- 部品(3)が、第1の相間層(24)と接触しているケイ素を含む層(33)を含む、請求項1~3、5のいずれか一項に記載の部品(3)。
- ケイ素を含む層(33)が、ヤーン(12)と第1の相間層(24)との間に存在する、請求項1~3、5のいずれか一項による請求項7に記載の部品(3)。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の部品(1、2、3)を製造する方法であって、
方法が、
少なくとも以下のステップ、
ヤーン(12)上に第1の相間層(14、24)を形成するステップと、
1つまたは複数の織物操作を実施することによって、ヤーン(12)から得られるべき部品の繊維強化材を形成する繊維プリフォームを作製するステップと、
第1の相間層(14、24)上の繊維プリフォームの細孔内に、大部分がセラミック製のマトリックス(16)を形成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 第1の相間層(14、24)が、化学気相浸透または化学蒸着によってヤーンの上に形成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第1の相間層(14、24)が、三塩化ホウ素BCl3、アンモニアNH3、およびアルミニウムを含む前駆体ガスを含む反応気相から作製される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- アルミニウムを含む前駆体ガスが、トリメチルアルミニウム、アルミニウムトリクロライド、アルミニウムアセチルアセトネート、アルミニウムイソプロポキシド、アルミニウムエトキシド、およびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の部品(1、2、3)を使用する方法であって、前記部品を酸化性および湿潤媒体中で800℃以上の温度で使用するステップを含む方法。
