Description
まず、図1を参照しながら、実施形態に係る育苗ポット1(以下、単に「ポット1」という。)の使用例について説明する。図1は、ポット1の使用例を示す斜視図である。説明のため、図1は、土層SL及び床面Fの断面を示している。
次に、図2及び図3を参照しながら、ポット1の構成について説明する。図2は、ポット1を示す平面図であり、図3は、ポット1を示す斜視図である。
次に、図2から図4を参照しながら、ポット1における根の伸出について説明する。図4は、ポット1における根の伸出を説明する図であり、図3のIV部を拡大して示している。
次に、実施形態に基づく作用効果について説明する。

- 土中において分解可能な育苗ポットであって、
底板と、
前記底板から上方に延び、前記底板とともに培土収容空間を形成する側板と、を備え、
前記側板は、苗の根を前記培土収容空間の外部に伸出させる開口が形成されており、
前記開口は、前記底板に沿って延びる第1開口部と、前記第1開口部に連続し前記第1開口部から上方に延びる第2開口部と、を有し、
前記側板は、平面視で所定の角度を成すように配置されている複数の平板部と、隣り合う前記平板部を連結する隅部と、を有し、
前記開口は、前記隅部に形成されていることを特徴とする、育苗ポット。 - 前記第1開口部は、一の前記平板部から前記隅部を跨いで他の前記平板部まで延びるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の育苗ポット。
- 前記側板は、前記開口に連続し前記側板を破断させるミシン目が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の育苗ポット。
- 前記ミシン目は、前記第1開口部に連続する第1ミシン目部と、前記第2開口部に連続する第2ミシン目部と、を有している、請求項3に記載の育苗ポット。
