Description
本発明の一般的な目的は、粉末から模様付き複合金属板を製造するための改良された方法を提供することである。
以下に、本発明を、好ましい実施形態および添付図面を参照して、更に詳細に説明する。
本発明の模様付きの複合金属板の製造方法は以下の工程を含む:
a)少なくとも2種の相異なる金属および/または金属合金の粉末を用意する工程、
b)容器を充填する工程であって
b1)相異なる個々の層状に(in different individual layers)前記粉末(powders)を容器に充填する工程、ただし前記個々の粉末層(individual power layers)は、少なくとも2つの平行でない層および/またはストレートでない層を含み、または
b2)前記粉末のうちの1種から三次元の非ソリッドな(non-solid)物体を作製し、ただし前記物体は少なくとも2つの平行でない層の部分(parts of layers)および/またはストレートでない部分もしくは層(parts or layers)を含み、前記物体を前記容器に挿入し、前記物体の中のおよび周りの空隙に他の種の粉末を充填する工程、
c)前記容器を密封および排気する工程、
d)平行でない及び/又はストレートでない金属及び/又は金属合金の層を含む圧密体(consolidated body)を形成するために、前記容器に熱間静水圧プレスを施す工程、
e)任意選択で、50~200mmの厚さを有する中間体を形成するために、前記圧密体に熱間変形を施す工程、
f)板を形成するために、前記圧密体または中間体を2つの直交方向(two perpendicular directions)に熱間圧延する工程、
任意選択で
g)冷間圧延板を形成するために、熱間圧延板を冷間圧延する工程、
h)前記板を2つ以上の部分にスリッティングする(slitting)工程、および
i)模様を出現させまたは強める(enhance)ために前記板をエッチングする工程。
2種のオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼粉末316L及び304Lから、模様付きの複合金属板を製造した。前記粉末は2つの供給ユニットに充填された。ここで、各ユニットは、鉛直方向に移動可能な粉末充填ツールの相異なる個々の部分(different individual parts)に接続されていた。充填ツールは、粉末充填の間に静止したままにされる250mmの直径を有する容器内に配置した。
Claims (6)
- 以下の工程を含む、模様付きの複合金属板の製造方法:
a)少なくとも2種の相異なる金属および/または金属合金の粉末を用意する工程、
b)容器を充填する工程であって、
b1)相異なる個々の層状に前記粉末を容器に充填する工程、ただし前記個々の粉末層は、少なくとも2つの平行でない層および/またはストレートでない層を含み、
c)前記容器を密封および排気する工程、
d)平行でない及び/又はストレートでない金属及び/又は金属合金の層を含む圧密体を形成するために、前記容器に熱間静水圧プレスを施す工程、
e)任意選択で、50~200mmの厚さを有する中間体を形成するために、前記圧密体に熱間変形を施す工程、
f)板を形成するために、前記圧密体または中間体を2つの直交方向に熱間圧延する工程、
任意選択で
g)冷間圧延板を形成するために、熱間圧延板を冷間圧延する工程、
h)前記板を2つ以上の部分にスリッティングする工程、および
i)模様を出現させまたは強めるために前記板をエッチングする工程のうちの一以上の工程。 - 前記模様が、波形模様である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記板の厚さ(t)、幅(w)および長さ(l)が、要件t=1~15mm、w≧50mm、およびl≧wのうちの少なくとも1つを満たす、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記金属及び/又は金属合金の粉末は、Ag、Al、Au、Be、Bi、Cu、Ce、Cr、Fe、Mo、Nb、Ni、Pb、Pd、Pt、Sn、Ta、Ti、V、W、およびZnのうちの1種以上を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記粉末のそれぞれが、少なくとも11%のCrを含むステンレス鋼粉末である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数のストリップを形成するために、前記板を2つ以上の部分にスリッティングし、
任意選択で、以下の工程:
前記ストリップをブランクに切断する工程、
前記ブランクを使用して少なくとも1つのナイフを形成する工程、
前記ナイフをエッチングする工程
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
