Description
インバータと、
前記インバータによって制御されるモータと、
前記モータにより駆動されて流体を吐出するポンプと、
前記流体の圧力又は/及び流量を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部による検出値に基づいて、前記ポンプの圧力又は/及び流量が所定の値となるように前記インバータを制御するコントローラと、
前記検出値に含まれる前記流体の脈動周波数成分により生ずる前記インバータの出力変化を抑制するように構成された抑制部と、を備える、流体圧ユニットを提供する。
前記抑制部は、前記脈動周波数成分での抑制量に比べて、前記脈動周波数成分よりも高い周波数成分での抑制量を低くしてもよい。
前記抑制部は、前記脈動周波数成分の周波数を阻止帯域に含むバンドストップフィルタでもよい。
前記バンドストップフィルタは、前記脈動周波数成分の周波数を阻止帯域に含むノッチフィルタでもよい。
前記阻止帯域は、前記ポンプの回転数に応じて変化してもよい。
前記阻止帯域は、前記ポンプの回転数と前記ポンプの歯数との積に応じて変化してもよい。
前記検出部は、前記流体の圧力を検出する圧力センサを含んでもよい。
前記検出部は、前記流体の流量を検出する流量センサを含んでもよい。

Claims (8)
- インバータと、
前記インバータによって制御されるモータと、
前記モータにより駆動されて流体を吐出するポンプと、
前記流体の圧力又は/及び流量を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部による検出値に基づいて、前記ポンプの圧力又は/及び流量が所定の値となるように前記インバータを制御するコントローラと、
前記検出値に含まれる前記流体の脈動周波数成分により前記インバータの出力交流電流に重畳し且つ前記出力交流電流よりも周波数が高い脈動成分を抑制するように構成された抑制部と、を備える、流体圧ユニット。 - 前記抑制部は、前記脈動周波数成分での抑制量に比べて、前記脈動周波数成分よりも高い周波数成分での抑制量を低くする、請求項1に記載の流体圧ユニット。
- 前記抑制部は、前記脈動周波数成分の周波数を阻止帯域に含むバンドストップフィルタである、請求項2に記載の流体圧ユニット。
- 前記バンドストップフィルタは、前記脈動周波数成分の周波数を阻止帯域に含むノッチフィルタである、請求項3に記載の流体圧ユニット。
- 前記阻止帯域は、前記ポンプの回転数に応じて変化する、請求項3又は4に記載の流体圧ユニット。
- 前記阻止帯域は、前記ポンプの回転数と前記ポンプの歯数との積に応じて変化する、請求項5に記載の流体圧ユニット。
- 前記検出部は、前記流体の圧力を検出する圧力センサを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の流体圧ユニット。
- 前記検出部は、前記流体の流量を検出する流量センサを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の流体圧ユニット。
