前記バンドは、第1のバンド部分及び第2のバンド部分を含み、前記第1のバンド部分は前記シャフト内にあり、前記第2のバンド部分は、ピン又は突起部を含み、該ピン又は突起部によって前記ツール部材の前記結合部分に結合され、前記バンドの長手方向中心線が前記バンドに沿って規定され、前記第1のバンド部分は、前記バンドの前記長手方向中心線に垂直な第1の面に第1の断面積を有しており、前記第2のバンド部分は、前記バンドの前記長手方向中心線に垂直な第2の面に第2の断面積を有しており、前記第2の断面積は前記第1の断面積とは異なり、
