Description
Claims (13)
- 睡眠時無呼吸を治療するための埋込可能な医療機器に関連する患者管理システムであって、
前記埋込可能な医療機器(512)から少なくとも患者情報を受信するように適合された患者遠隔制御装置を含む、前記埋込可能な医療機器と通信するように適合された患者遠隔制御装置(510)であって、前記患者情報は、睡眠時無呼吸情報を備え、前記患者遠隔制御装置は、睡眠時無呼吸治療を開始するための第1の入力部、及び睡眠時無呼吸治療を終了するための第2の入力部を備える、患者遠隔制御装置と、
前記患者遠隔制御装置からの患者情報の受信を含む、前記患者遠隔制御装置と通信するように適合された患者表示装置(540)であって、前記患者表示装置は、少なくとも患者情報の一部を表示するためのグラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェース(542)を備え、前記患者遠隔制御装置は、前記患者表示装置とは別個であり、独立している、患者表示装置と、
不揮発性メモリ(594)に記憶された機械可読指示を実行するためのプロセッサ(593)を備える制御部(590)であって、前記埋込可能な医療機器によって適用される治療を少なくとも部分的に管理するための治療マネージャ(550、562)を提供し、前記治療マネージャを備える前記制御部は、前記患者遠隔制御装置(510)、前記埋込可能な医療機器(512)、前記患者表示装置(540)、及び少なくとも前記患者表示装置と通信するように適合されたクラウド・コンピューティング・リソースを用いて、臨床医がアクセス可能な少なくともウェブベースのポータル(572)をサポートするクラウド・コンピューティング・リソース(570)のうちの少なくとも1つの一部を構成する、制御部と、を備える、
患者管理システム。 - 前記治療マネージャは、前記埋込可能な医療機器によって治療を実現するために、前記患者遠隔制御装置の患者の利用情報を追跡し記憶する利用機能を備える、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、患者の血液の酸素データを追跡して記憶するための血液酸素センサ機能を備える、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記患者管理システムは、血液酸素データを血液酸素センサ機能に提供するために、前記患者遠隔制御装置に選択的に接続されたパルス酸素濃度計を備える、請求項3に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、少なくとも患者の血液酸素データに基づいて、治療パラメータを変更するように、又は、治療パラメータを変更するための指示を提供するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、患者の血液酸素データに基づいて、酸素飽和度低下指数(ODI)を計算するように構成されている、請求項5に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、前記酸素飽和度低下指数が閾値を超える場合、治療パラメータを変更するか、或いは、治療パラメータを変更する指示を提供するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、前記酸素飽和度低下指数が閾値を下回る場合、治療パラメータを変更するか、或いは、治療パラメータを変更する指示を提供するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療パラメータは、刺激振幅、刺激パルス幅、刺激率、刺激デューティーサイクル、患者制御振幅制限、患者制御パルス幅制限、刺激制限、及び患者制御率制限の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、クラウド・コンピューティング・リソースを介して、少なくとも患者情報を記憶し、臨床医がウェブベースのポータルを介してアクセスするために通信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記埋込可能な医療機器は、閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸の治療のための埋込可能なパルス発生器を備える、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記患者表示装置は、スマートフォン及びタブレットのうち少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャ(562)を備える制御部は、医師デバイス(560)の一部を構成し、前記クラウド・コンピューティング・リソース(570)は、前記医師デバイス(560)と通信するように適合される、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。
