Claims (13)

前記埋込可能な医療装置との通信に適合した患者遠隔制御装置であって、少なくとも患者情報を前記埋込可能な医療装置から受信するように適合した前記患者遠隔制御装置であり、前記患者情報は睡眠時無呼吸情報を含む、前記患者遠隔制御装置と、
前記患者遠隔制御装置と選択的に通信し前記患者遠隔制御装置から前記患者情報の受信をする患者表示装置と、を備え、
前記患者表示装置は、
グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェースと、
前記グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェース上に少なくとも複数の前記患者情報を少なくとも表示することを通じて、患者の関与を促すために、不揮発性メモリに記憶された機械可読指示を実行するプロセッサを備える治療マネージャと、を備え、
前記治療マネージャは、
治療時における少なくとも前記患者遠隔制御装置の入力機能の利用を追跡して記憶する利用機能と、
前記グラフィカル・ユーザ・インターフェース上に少なくとも1つの睡眠時無呼吸治療目標及び/又は利用の表示を通じて、少なくとも前記利用機能に基づいて少なくとも1つの睡眠時無呼吸治療目標を通信する目標機能と、を備え、
前記治療マネージャは、前記利用機能及び/又は前記目標機能によって、患者の関与を促すように構成され、前記表示装置は、前記利用機能及び目標機能を含む、前記治療マネージャの少なくとも複数の機能を表示する、
患者管理システム。 - 前記目標機能は、前記少なくとも1つの睡眠時無呼吸治療目標に重みを付ける加重値を含み、前記加重値は、前記少なくとも1つの目標に関する患者の行動に基づいて増加又は減少する、
請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。 - 前記目標機能は、前記少なくとも1つの睡眠時無呼吸治療目標に対して、前記表示装置を通じて正の強化及び改善促進の少なくとも1つを前記患者に通信するフィードバック要素を備える、請求項2に記載の患者管理システム。
- 更に、前記埋込可能な医療装置を含む処理システムの一部を備え、
前記埋込可能な医療装置は、神経刺激によって閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸を治療するための埋込可能なパルス生成器を備える、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。 - 前記患者遠隔制御装置は、前記治療を開始する第1の入力部と、前記治療を終了する第2の入力部とを備え、
前記治療マネージャは、患者血液酸素データを追跡して記憶する血液酸素センサ機能を備える、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。 - 前記患者遠隔制御装置は、前記血液酸素データを前記血液酸素センサ機能に提供するために、前記患者遠隔制御装置に選択的に接続可能なパルス酸素濃度計を更に備えるシステムの一部を構成する、請求項5に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記患者遠隔制御装置は、
少なくとも1つの入力部と、
埋込型医療装置と無線通信する通信モジュールであって、前記少なくとも1つの入力部によって識別された少なくとも1つのコマンドを送信し、前記少なくとも1つのコマンドが受け入れられたとき、前記埋込型医療装置からの確認を受信する通信モジュールと、
を備え、
前記通信モジュールは、前記確認が受信されるまで前記少なくとも1つのコマンドを送信することを定期的に繰り返すリトライ機能を備え、前記リトライ機能は、前記少なくとも1つのコマンドに関する通知を生成するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。 - 前記治療マネージャは、少なくとも検知された患者の血液酸素データに基づいて、治療パラメータを変更するか、或いは、治療パラメータを変更する指示を提供するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療パラメータは、睡眠中に上気道の閉塞を抑えることによって閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸を治療するための神経刺激を含み、
前記治療マネージャは、前記検知された患者の血液酸素データに基づいて酸素飽和度低下指数(ODI)を計算するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の患者管理システム。 - 前記治療マネージャは、前記酸素飽和度低下指数が閾値を超える場合、治療パラメータを変更するか、或いは、治療パラメータを変更する指示を提供するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、前記酸素飽和度低下指数が閾値を下回る場合、治療パラメータを変更するか、或いは、治療パラメータを変更する指示を提供するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療パラメータは、刺激の振幅、刺激パルス幅、刺激率、刺激デューティーサイクル、患者制御振幅制限、患者制御パルス幅制限、刺激制限、及び患者制御率制限の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載の患者管理システム。
- 前記治療マネージャは、臨床医及び患者の少なくとも一方によるストレージ及びアクセスのために、前記患者血液酸素データ、前記治療パラメータ、又は前記治療パラメータの変更の少なくとも1つをクラウドリソースに通信するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の患者管理システム。
