- 更に、送信機ユニットを有し、前記送信機ユニットは、信号をBluetooth(登録商標)低エネルギーネットワークを介して、ユーザ装置、サーバ又はデータベースのうちの少なくとも1つに送信するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、衣類に結合される、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。
- 再使用可能なストラップが、少なくとも1つの取付け部分を介して前記医療装置のハウジングに結合され、前記ストラップの長さは調整可能であり、前記ストラップは、開口部を有し、前記開口部は、前記温度センサ又は前記光センサ又はその両方を、新生児の患者又は小児の患者の額と接触する又はそれに面するように位置決めするために前記ハウジングの後部に重なる、請求項1の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。
- 更に、少なくとも1つのインジケータライトを有する、請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ用の電力は、バッテリによって供給され、
前記医療装置は、更に、バッテリレベルインジケータを有する、請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。 - 医療システムであって、
請求項1に記載の医療装置である第1の医療装置を含む複数の医療装置と、
ユーザ装置と、を有し、
前記複数の医療装置のうちの第1の医療装置は、第1の患者の皮膚に近接して位置するように構成され、前記複数の医療装置のうちの第2の医療装置は、第2の患者の皮膚に近接して位置するように構成され、前記複数の医療装置の各々は、患者固有の生体データをリアルタイムで取得するように構成され、
前記複数の医療装置及び前記ユーザ装置の各々は、信号を低エネルギーネットワークを介して送受信し、
少なくとも前記第1の医療装置及び前記第2の医療装置において、患者固有の生体データの少なくとも1つの測定値のための閾値又は範囲が設定され、前記閾値又は範囲は、前記ユーザ装置によって調整可能である、医療システム。 - 前記ユーザ装置は、ダッシュボードを有するユーザインターフェイスを含み、前記ダッシュボードは、前記複数の医療装置から受信した患者固有の生体データを表示する、請求項8に記載の医療システム。
- 前記ダッシュボードは、各患者の体温、脈拍数、呼吸数及び血中酸素濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを表示する、請求項9に記載の医療システム。
- 前記複数の医療装置及び前記ユーザ装置のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、患者固有の生体データの各測定値のための前記閾値又は範囲が設定される、請求項8~10の何れか1項に記載の医療システム。
- 患者固有の生体データの測定値が閾値を超え又は範囲の外側にあるとき、前記複数の医療装置のうちの少なくとも1つの医療装置及び前記ユーザ装置は警報を出す、請求項11に記載の医療システム。
- 前記警報は、前記医療装置のインジケータライトである、請求項12に記載の医療システム。
- 前記警報は、前記ユーザ装置で出される可聴アラームである、請求項12に記載の医療システム。
- 前記警報は、前記低エネルギーネットワークを介して又はSMS信号として、別の装置に送信される、請求項12に記載の医療システム。
- 方法であって、
患者固有の生体データを、複数のウェアラブル医療装置から取得することを含み、前記複数のウェアラブル医療装置の少なくとも1つは、請求項1に記載の医療装置であり、前記少なくとも1つのウェアラブル医療装置の他の前記ウェアラブル医療装置の各々は、患者に位置決めされ、且つ、患者の皮膚に近接して位置決めされるセンサを含み、前記センサは、患者固有の生体データを取得し、
更に、前記センサから取得した生体データを処理することと、
処理したデータが、定められた閾値又は範囲の内側にあるかどうかを判定することと、
処理したデータが、前記定められた閾値又は範囲の内側にないとき、警報を出すことと、を含み、
前記定められた閾値又は範囲は、年齢、重量又は診断された病気に基づく、方法。 - 更に、処理したデータが、前記定められた閾値又は範囲の内側にあるとき、生体データを前記センサから取得し続けることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記警報は、前記複数のウェアラブル医療装置の各々で出される、請求項16又は17に記載の方法。
- 前記警報は、ユーザ装置で出される、請求項16~18の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジングは、更に、電子的なフィルタを含むアナログフロントエンド回路を収容し、前記電子的なフィルタは、新生児の患者について、約1.67Hz~約2.67Hzの周波数範囲を約0.33Hz~約1.0Hzの周波数範囲から分離するように光信号を前処理するように構成される、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
