Claims (3)
- 微生物が通過可能な孔径の孔を有し、電圧が印加された状態で正電荷又は負電荷に帯電し、前記孔を形成する金属パイプを複数束ねることにより形成される、ろ過部材。
- 請求項1に記載のろ過部材と、
前記ろ過部材に電圧を印加する電源装置と、
前記ろ過部材の上流側に配置され、試料水を供給する試料水供給部と、
前記ろ過部材の上流側において前記試料水供給部と並列に配置され、誘出水を供給する
誘出水供給部と、
前記ろ過部材の上流側に配置された上流側配管に接続され、前記試料水供給部から前記
ろ過部材に前記試料水を供給するための試料水供給配管と、
前記上流側配管に分岐して接続され、前記ろ過部材に前記誘出水を供給するための誘出
水供給配管と、
前記ろ過部材の下流側に配置され、流体を外部に排出する排出口と、
前記ろ過部材の下流側において前記排出口と並列に配置され、流体を回収する回収容器
と、
を備える、濃縮装置。 - 請求項1に記載のろ過部材と、
前記ろ過部材に電圧を印加する電源装置と、
前記ろ過部材の上流側に配置され、試料水を供給する試料水供給部と、
前記ろ過部材の上流側において前記試料水供給部と並列に配置され、誘出水を供給する誘出水供給部と、
前記ろ過部材の上流側に配置された上流側配管に接続され、前記試料水供給部から前記ろ過部材に前記試料水を供給するための試料水供給配管と、
前記上流側配管に分岐して接続され、前記ろ過部材に前記誘出水を供給するための誘出水供給配管と、
前記ろ過部材の下流側に配置され、流体を外部に排出する排出口と、
前記ろ過部材の下流側において前記排出口と並列に配置され、流体を回収する回収容器と、
を備える濃縮装置が実行する濃縮方法であって、
前記電源装置により前記ろ過部材に電圧を印加した状態で、前記試料水供給部から前記ろ過部材に前記試料水を供給することにより、前記試料水のろ過を行う第1ステップと、
前記電源装置から前記ろ過部材への電圧の印加を停止した状態で、前記誘出水供給部から前記ろ過部材に前記誘出水を供給することにより、前記ろ過部材に捕捉された微生物の濃縮液を回収する第2ステップと、
を含む濃縮方法。
