Description
Claims (11)
- 一対の固定接触子と、アクチュエータにより上下運動して前記一対の固定接触子に接離する可動接触子とを含む直流リレーにおいて、
前記可動接触子の下方に配置され、シャフトにより前記アクチュエータに連結される可動子支持台と、
前記可動接触子の上方に配置され、前記可動子支持台に固定される可動子ホルダと、
前記可動接触子の上方及び下方にそれぞれ備えられ、電磁力を発生させる上部ヨーク及び下部ヨークと、
前記下部ヨークと前記可動子支持台間に備えられる接圧スプリングとを含み、
前記上部ヨーク及び前記下部ヨークは、磁路を形成し、前記固定接触子と前記可動接触子間に発生する電磁反発力を相殺し、
前記可動子ホルダは、第2平板部と、前記第2平板部の両端からそれぞれ下方に折曲形成される側面部とを有し、
前記第2平板部の下面に突設される支持部は、前記可動接触子の上面に形成される支持溝に挿入されることを特徴とする直流リレー。 - 前記シャフトの上端には、前記可動子支持台の内部に挿入結合される結合部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記可動子支持台は、第1平板部と、前記第1平板部の両側端から上方に突設され、前記可動子ホルダが固定されるアーム部とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記第1平板部の上部には、前記接圧スプリングの下端を支持するスプリング支持部が突設されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記支持部及び前記支持溝の長さ(深さ)は、前記可動接触子のオーバートラベル(over travel)の長さより長く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記側面部は、前記第2平板部の両端から下方に延設される第1側面部と、前記第1側
面部の下方に延設され、前記第1側面部の幅より広く形成される第2側面部とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。 - 前記可動子ホルダの厚さは、前記可動子支持台の厚さより薄く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記下部ヨークの下面には、前記接圧スプリングの上端部が挿入される挿入溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記上部ヨークは、第3平板部と、前記第3平板部の両端から下方に延設され、前記可動子ホルダに嵌合される翼部とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記可動接触子の下面には、前記下部ヨークの一部が挿入されるヨーク挿入溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記上部ヨークは、前記可動子ホルダの上方又は下方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
