Description
Claims (9)
- 一対の固定接触子と、電磁力により上下運動して前記一対の固定接触子に接離する可動接触子とを含む直流リレーにおいて、
前記可動接触子の上方及び下方にそれぞれ備えられる上部ヨーク及び下部ヨークと、
前記下部ヨークの下方に備えられる接圧スプリングと、
前記可動接触子、前記上部ヨーク及び前記下部ヨークを支持する可動子支持台と、
前記可動子支持台の上部に固定される可動子ホルダと、を含み、
前記接圧スプリングは、前記下部ヨークを加圧して前記可動接触子を運動させ、
前記可動子ホルダは、第2平板部と、前記第2平板部の両端からそれぞれ下方に折曲形成される側面部とを有し、
前記可動接触子を上方からみた場合の該可動接触子の長手方向における、前記可動子ホルダの一対の側面には、前記上部ヨークが挿入されるスカート部が形成されることを特徴とする直流リレー。 - 前記可動子支持台は、第1平板部と、前記第1平板部の両側端から上方に突設され、前記可動子ホルダが固定されるアーム部とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記第1平板部の上部には、前記接圧スプリングの下端を支持するスプリング支持部が突設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記可動子支持台の下面には、ミドルプレートの中央孔に挿入される挿入部が突設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記下部ヨークは、第3平板部と、前記第3平板部の両端から上方に折曲形成される翼部とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記可動接触子を上方からみた場合の該可動接触子の短手方向における、前記上部ヨークの両端部には、前記翼部が結合される結合溝がそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記可動接触子を上方からみた場合の該可動接触子の短手方向における、前記可動接触子の一対の面には、前記翼部が挿入される支持溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記下部ヨークの下面には、前記接圧スプリングの上端部を固定する支持突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
- 前記上部ヨークは、前記可動子ホルダの下方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流リレー。
