Description
1)回転されることになる吊り下げられた荷重物と固定関係にあるように構成された内側リムと、
2)外側リムであって、吊り下げられた荷重物の回転時に、内側リム及び外側リムが互いに対して回転運動を行うように構成されるように内側リムに係合する、外側リムと、
3)内側リムと外側リムとの間の相対回転運動を実行する駆動ユニットと、
を備える、アセンブリを提供することによって達成される。
Claims (15)
- 吊り下げられた荷重物を略鉛直軸の周りに回転させるアセンブリであって、
1)回転されることになる前記吊り下げられた荷重物と固定関係にあるように構成された内側リムと、
2)外側リムであって、前記吊り下げられた荷重物の回転時に、該外側リムが前記吊り下げられた荷重物の重量を支持することなく、前記内側リム及び該外側リムが互いに対して回転運動を行うように構成されるように前記内側リムに係合する、外側リムと、
3)前記内側リムと前記外側リムとの間の前記相対回転運動を実行する駆動ユニットと、
を備える、アセンブリ。 - 前記内側リムは、輪状部材の形態をとり、前記外側リムは、輪状部材の一部分の形態、例えば輪状部材全体の約半分の形態をとる、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 使用時に、前記荷重物の重量を支持しないように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリの外部の1つ以上の定点に対する前記外側リムの回転を制限する固定機構であって、略一定の張力を前記1つ以上の調整可能な固定点に付与するように構成されている、固定機構を更に備える、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記1つ以上の調整可能な固定点は、前記荷重物を吊り上げるように構成されたリフトヨークのタグラインシステムを取り付けるように構成されている、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- ベルト部材が、前記内側リムに取り付けられるとともに該内側リムの周囲に配され、前記駆動ユニットは、前記内側リムと前記外側リムとの間の前記相対回転運動を実行するために、前記ベルト部材と係合するように構成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記内側リムは、歯付き面を有し、前記駆動ユニットは、前記内側リムと前記外側リムとの間の前記相対回転運動を実行するために、前記歯付き面と係合するように構成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記駆動ユニットは、前記外側リムに堅固に取り付けられ、前記駆動ユニットは、前記内側リムと前記外側リムとの間の前記相対回転運動を実行するように、電動モーター、空圧システム又は油圧システムを備える、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 複数の位置合わせホイールが、前記外側リムを前記内側リムに対して正確に位置決めするように設けられる、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 1つ以上の位置合わせホイールが、前記内側リムの外面に沿うように配置され、1つ以上の他の位置合わせホイールが、前記内側リムの内面に沿うように配置される、請求項9に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の位置合わせホイールは、前記外側リムに取り付けられるそれぞれのホイール軸の周りに回転するように構成されている、請求項9又は10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記駆動ユニットの重量を相殺するカウンターウェイトを更に備える、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 設置員のためのプラットフォームを更に備える、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 風力タービン関連荷重物を吊り上げるために、前記アセンブリをリフトヨークに取り付けるように適合された1つ以上のブラケットを更に備える、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリを備える風力タービンタワー又は風力タービンタワーセクション。
