・製造日:2017年12月9日
・入手日:2017年12月11日
カイワレダイコンについて、25℃、RH66%の環境で行う以外、実施例1と同様に貯蔵を行った。使用したカイワレダイコンは以下の通りである。
・かいわれ(商品名、三和農林株式会社(埼玉県))
・製造日:不明
・入手日:2018年1月15日
比較例4として、エダマメ(群馬県産、入手日:2018年7月13日、収穫日:不明)について、25℃、RH30%の環境で行う以外、実施例1と同様に貯蔵を行った。

- 青果物の道管を備える部位を直交する2軸回りに回転させながら、前記青果物を擬微小重力環境にて貯蔵する、
ことを特徴とする青果物の鮮度保持方法。 - 前記擬微小重力環境は、時間平均して0.1G以下の重力を物体に与える環境である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の青果物の鮮度保持方法。 - 前記青果物が葉菜類、茎菜類又は花菜類である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の青果物の鮮度保持方法。 - 前記青果物がスプラウトである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の青果物の鮮度保持方法。
