のうちの少なくとも1つを示すフィルムであって、該フィルムは、ASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した制御試験条件下での12週間の期間にわたる塩水への導入後に、2.0mmのメッシュサイズを有するシーブによる篩分けの後に、元の乾燥重量の最大30重量%を有し、かつ/またはASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した30±2℃の温度での180日以内での塩水への導入後に、該フィルムの有機炭素の少なくとも30%が二酸化炭素に転化されているフィルムを製造するための、成分Aおよび成分Bを含むポリマーブレンドの使用に関する。
a.成分Aおよび成分Bを含むポリマーブレンドを準備するステップと、
b.ステップaよる前記ポリマーブレンドからフィルムを形成するステップと、
を少なくとも含む。
Claims (31)
- 成分AおよびBの合計に対して10~50重量%の成分Aと50~90重量%の成分Bとを含むフィルムであって、
成分Aが、開環重合から得ることができかつ-30℃未満のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有するポリマーからなる群から選択され、成分Aはポリカプロラクトンであり、
成分Bが、熱可塑性脂肪族コポリエステルおよびその混合物からなる群から選択され、
ここで、成分Bが、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヘキサノエート)および/またはポリ(ブチレンアジペート-co-スクシネート)であり、
前記フィルムが、10~80μmの全厚を有する、
フィルムであって、
ここで、前記フィルムが、EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向に対する横方向(TD)における乾燥状態での破断点伸びが、少なくとも100%である機械的特性を有し、
また、前記フィルムが、ASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した制御試験条件下での12週間の期間にわたる塩水への導入後に、2.0mmのメッシュサイズを有するシーブによる篩分けの後に、元の乾燥重量の最大30重量%を有し、かつ/またはASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した30±2℃の温度での180日以内での塩水への導入後に、前記フィルムの有機炭素の少なくとも30%が二酸化炭素に転化されていることを特徴とする、フィルム。 - 前記フィルムが、以下の機械的特性:
- EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向(MD)における乾燥状態での引張強さが、少なくとも15MPaである、
- EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向に対する横方向(TD)における乾燥状態での引張強さが、少なくとも15MPaである、
- EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向(MD)における乾燥状態での破断点伸びが、少なくとも100%である、
のうちの少なくとも1つを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルム。 - 成分Aが、-40℃、-50℃、および-55℃からなる群から選択されるいずれかの温度未満のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム。
- 成分Aが、60000~120000g/モルまたは70000~90000g/モルの数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 成分Bによる前記熱可塑性脂肪族コポリエステルが、70000~1500000g/モル、90000~1000000g/モル、100000~800000g/モル、100000~700000g/モル、および100000~600000g/モルからなる群から選択されるいずれかの数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-ヘキサノエート)が、100000~1500000g/モル、200000~1000000g/モル、300000~800000g/モル、400000~700000g/モル、および500000~600000g/モルからなる群から選択されるいずれかの数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- ポリ(ブチレンアジペート-co-スクシネート)が、50000~500000g/モル、70000~400000g/モル、90000~300000g/モル、および100000~200000g/モルからなる群から選択されるいずれかの数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4及び6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、全重量に対して0.1~30重量%、1~25重量%、3~20重量%、4~15重量%、5~12重量%、15~25重量%、17~23重量%、および18~22重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量のポリ(ブチレンアジペート-co-テレフタレート)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、全重量に対して0.1~30重量%、1~25重量%、3~20重量%、4~15重量%、5~12重量%、15~25重量%、17~23重量%、および18~22重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量のポリ(ブチレンセバケート-co-テレフタレート)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、全重量に対して0.1~20重量%、2~18重量%、5~15重量%、および8~12重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量のデンプンまたは熱可塑性デンプンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、15~60μmの全厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、成分AおよびBの合計に対して20~40重量%、25~40重量%、25~35重量%、および28~32重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量の成分Aを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、成分AおよびBの合計に対して60~80重量%、60~75重量%、65~75重量%、および68~72重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量の成分Bを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向(MD)における乾燥状態での引張強さが、少なくとも20MPaまたは少なくとも25MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向に対する横方向(TD)における乾燥状態での引張強さが、少なくとも20MPaまたは少なくとも25MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向(MD)における乾燥状態での破断点伸びが、少なくとも200%、少なくとも300%、および少なくとも400%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの伸び率であることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向に対する横方向(TD)における乾燥状態での破断点伸びが、少なくとも200%、少なくとも300%、および少なくとも400%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの伸び率であることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- ASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した30±2℃での180日以内での塩水への導入後に、前記フィルムの有機炭素の少なくとも40%または少なくとも50%が二酸化炭素に転化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、ASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した制御試験条件下での12週間の期間にわたる塩水への導入後に、2.0mmのメッシュサイズを有するシーブによる篩分けの後に、元の乾燥重量の最大20重量%または最大10重量%を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- DIN EN ISO 14855-1:2012の方法に準拠した活性分解条件において、180日以内で、前記フィルムの有機炭素の少なくとも70%、少なくとも80%、および少なくとも90%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量が二酸化炭素に転化されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から19までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 1~200μmの全厚を有するとともに、EN ISO 527に準拠した押出方向に対する横方向(TD)における乾燥状態での破断点伸びが、少なくとも100%である機械的特性を示すフィルムであって、該フィルムは、ASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した制御試験条件下での12週間の期間にわたる塩水への導入後に、2.0mmのメッシュサイズを有するシーブによる篩分けの後に、元の乾燥重量の最大30重量%を有し、かつ/またはASTM D6691-09の方法に準拠した30±2℃の温度での180日以内での塩水への導入後に、該フィルムの有機炭素の少なくとも30%が二酸化炭素に転化されているフィルムを製造するための、成分Aおよび成分Bを含むポリマーブレンドの使用であって、
ここで、成分Bがポリ(ブチレンアジペート-co-スクシネート)であり、
成分Aがポリカプロラクトンである、
使用。 - 成分Aが、請求項1または請求項3、4に規定されているとおりであり、かつ/または成分Bが、請求項7に規定されているとおりであることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリマーブレンドが、成分AおよびBの合計に対して10~50重量%、20~40重量%、25~40重量%、25~35重量%、および28~32重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量の成分A、ならびに/または成分AおよびBの合計に対して50~90重量%、60~80重量%、60~75重量%、65~75重量%、および68~72重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量の成分Bを含むことを特徴とする、請求項21または22に記載の使用。
- 請求項1から20までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルムを含む、輸送用袋。
- 前記輸送用袋が、手提げ袋、果実用袋、野菜用袋、軽量Tシャツバッグおよび超軽量Tシャツバッグからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の輸送用袋。
- 前記輸送用袋が、1~90g、2~50g、20~40g、1~10g、および1.5~5gからなる群から選択されるいずれかの重量を有することを特徴とする、請求項24または25に記載の輸送用袋。
- a.成分Aおよび成分Bを含むポリマーブレンドを準備するステップと、
b.ステップaよる前記ポリマーブレンドからフィルムを形成するステップと、
を含む、請求項1から20までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記方法が、共押出ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、積層ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項27または28に記載の方法。
- 成分Aが、請求項1または請求項3、4に規定されているとおりであり、かつ/または成分Bが、請求項1または請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に規定されているとおりであることを特徴とする、請求項27から29までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーブレンドが、成分AおよびBの合計に対して10~50重量%、20~40重量%、25~40重量%、25~35重量%、および28~32重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量の成分A、ならびに/または成分AおよびBの合計に対して50~90重量%、60~80重量%、60~75重量%、65~75重量%、および68~72重量%からなる群から選択されるいずれかの含量の成分Bを含むことを特徴とする、請求項27から30までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
