Claims (8)
- エアロゾルディスペンサー用のエアロゾル発生器(10)であって、
前記エアロゾル発生器(10)はハウジング(12)を具備し、このハウジング(12)は、
液体ジェット(L)を前記ハウジング内に案内するように構成された液体入口(16)を含む入口部(13)であって、前記液体入口(16)は、エアロゾルディスペンサーの作動時、微細構造化孔を経て押しやられる加圧された液体(24)から、レイリー液滴列の形態の液体ジェット(L)を生成するように構成された前記微細構造化孔を有するノズル(20)を具備する入口部(13)を有し、
前記ハウジングはさらに、
空気流を前記ハウジング内に案内するように構成されかつ前記ハウジングの底部に形成された空気入口(15)と、前記ハウジング(12)から外に、空気と混合された液体を含むエアロゾル(C)を案内するように構成されたエアロゾル出口(17)を備える出口部(14)と、を具備し、
エアロゾルディスペンサーの作動中に前記空気入口(15)を通って前記ハウジング(12)に入る空気流の少なくとも一部が、前記液体入口(16)を通って前記ハウジングに入る前記液体ジェット(L)から距離をおいて妨害されるように案内されるように前記空気入口(15)が方向付けられ、これによって、液滴の凝集を防止するために前記液体ジェット(L)の液滴と相互作用するための、妨害された空気である乱流の発生源を前記ハウジング内に生成し、
前記空気入口(15)は、乱流生成空気流(A1)を分配するための第1の入口ガイド(15-1)と、シース空気流(A2)を分配するための第2の入口ガイド(15-2)と、を備え、
前記第1の入口ガイド(15-1)および前記第2の入口ガイド(15-2)はそれぞれ、前記空気入口(15)から延在する流路を画定し、
前記第1の入口ガイド(15-1)は、それを通って前記乱流生成空気流(A1)が複数の空気ジェット(a1)へと分配される複数のオリフィス(26)を備え、
前記オリフィス(26)は前記第1の入口ガイド(15-1)の下流側端部における開口から形成され、
前記空気ジェット(a1)のそれぞれは、前記液体ジェットから離れて、前記ハウジング(12)に含まれる物理的障害物(25)との衝突によって妨害されるように設定され、かつ、前記物理的障害物(25)は前記オリフィス(26)と前記液体入口(16)との間に配置され、
前記ノズル(20)は前記複数のオリフィス(26)の下方に配置される、エアロゾル発生器(10)。 - 前記液体ジェット(L)は前記液体入口(16)の入口平面に対して実質的に直交するように方向付けられ、かつ、前記第1の入口ガイド(15-1)は、前記複数の空気ジェット(a1)を、前記液体ジェット(L)の流れと略直交する角度で、前記オリフィス(26)を経て案内するように構成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 前記液体ジェット(L)は実質的に軸線(X)に沿って向けられ、かつ、前記第1の入口ガイド(15-1)の前記複数のオリフィス(26)は前記軸線(X)に沿って割り当てられる、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 前記液体ジェット(L)が実質的に軸線(X)に沿って向けられ、かつ、前記第1の入口ガイド(15-1)の前記複数のオリフィス(26)は前記入口平面に平行な平面内に割り当てられる、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 前記第2の入口ガイド(15-2)は、前記ハウジング(12)の内周に沿って細長いオリフィス(27)を備え、前記細長いオリフィス(27)は、前記エアロゾル出口(17)に向かう方向において前記ハウジング(12)の内面に沿ってシース空気流(A2)を分配するように構成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 前記ノズル(20)は、複数のレイリー液滴列を生成するための複数の微細構造化孔を備える、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 前記ハウジング(12)は吸入デバイスのマウスピース内に配置され、かつ、乱流生成空気流(A1)およびシース空気流(A2)は、前記マウスピースを経てユーザーが空気を吸入することによって生成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 前記ハウジング(12)は、子供用のアイスプレーデバイスのアイピースまたは吸入デバイス内に配置され、かつ、乱流生成空気流(A1)およびシース空気流(A2)は、ユーザーによって活性化させられる加圧空気などの加圧ガスによって生成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
