- 前記狭帯域フィルタに近接してグループで前記ディスプレイの領域全体にわたって取り付けられる複数の追加発光素子を提供する工程であって、前記追加発光素子の各グループは前記ディスプレイのカラーピクセルを構成し、各カラーピクセルは、赤色、緑色および青色光の組み合わせにより前記カラーピクセルに必要な色を提供するとともに、前記ディスプレイの後面に向かって前記狭帯域フィルタを通過する光の色を中和するように少なくとも3つの隣接したまたは積層された発光素子からなり、前記複数の追加発光素子は、前記複数の狭帯域フィルタと、前記ディスプレイの後面との間に取り付けられている、工程と、
前記複数の主発光素子からの前記放射光を前記複数の追加発光素子と共に日中は白色またはほぼ白色、または黄昏時は灰色またはほぼ灰色にするために、前記複数の追加発光素子に印加される必要がある信号の大きさを前記ピクセル駆動回路により計算し、前記複数の追加発光素子に前記信号を印加する工程と、をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の一方向表示ピクセル素子駆動方法。 - 前記発光素子は発光ダイオード(LED)である、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載の一方向表示ピクセル素子駆動方法。

- 前記ノッチフィルタはカラーノッチ偏光子である、請求項16に記載の一方向表示ピクセル素子駆動方法。
