Claims (9)
- 試料にサーマルサイクルを与えるために第1温度に維持される第1温度領域と、前記第1温度よりも高い第2温度に維持される第2温度領域とを含む流路が基板に形成された反応処理容器を設置するための容器設置部と、
前記反応処理容器の流路の前記第1温度領域を加熱するための第1ヒータと、
前記反応処理容器の流路の前記第2温度領域を加熱するための第2ヒータと、
試料を前記流路内で移動させるために、前記反応処理容器の流路内に送風可能な第1ポンプおよび第2ポンプと、
前記第1ポンプの出力に一端が接続される第1チューブと、
前記第2ポンプの出力に一端が接続される第2チューブと、
前記反応処理容器の位置を調整するための容器アライメント機構と、
筐体本体と、前記筐体本体に対して開閉可能な蓋部とを有し、前記容器設置部、前記第1ヒータ、前記第2ヒータ、前記第1チューブ、前記第2チューブおよび前記容器アライメント機構を収容する筐体と、
を備え、
前記蓋部が開状態から閉状態にされるのと連動して、前記容器アライメント機構によって、前記第1温度領域が前記第1ヒータにより加熱可能となり且つ前記第2温度領域が前記第2ヒータにより加熱可能となるように前記反応処理容器が位置合わせされるとともに、前記第1チューブの他端が前記流路の一端に形成された第1空気連通口に接続され且つ前記第2チューブの他端が前記流路の他端に形成された第2空気連通口に接続され、
前記第1ポンプと前記第2ポンプを交互に動作させることにより前記第1空気連通口と前記第2空気連通口から交互に流路内に送風し、試料を前記第1温度領域と前記第2温度領域との間で繰り返し往復移動させて、試料にサーマルサイクルを与えることを特徴とする反応処理装置。 - 前記蓋部が閉状態のとき、前記反応処理容器を前記第1ヒータおよび前記第2ヒータに密着させる弾性部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記流路内の試料から発せられる蛍光を検出するための蛍光検出器をさらに前記筐体本体内に備え、
前記蓋部が開状態から閉状態とされるとき、前記反応処理容器の所定の蛍光検出点が前記蛍光検出器に対して位置合わせされることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の反応処理装置。 - 前記蛍光検出器は、光学ヘッドと、励起光用光源、合分波器および光電変換素子を含むドライバとが光ファイバで接続された光ファイバ型蛍光検出器であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の反応処理装置。
- 携帯可能に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記第1チューブおよび前記第2チューブは、前記反応処理容器の前記基板の主面に略直交する方向から、前記反応処理容器の前記第1空気連通口および前記第2空気連通口にそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記蓋部は、前記反応処理容器の前記基板の主面に略直交する方向に開閉可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記第1ポンプおよび前記第2ポンプは、停止時に一次側と二次側の圧力が等しくなるマイクロブロアポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の反応処理装置。
- 前記反応処理容器は、前記第1空気連通口および前記第2空気連通口を封止する封止フィルムを含み、
前記第1チューブの他端に第1ニードルが設けられ、前記第2チューブの他端に第2ニードルが設けられており、
前記蓋部が開状態から閉状態とされるとき、前記第1ニードルおよび前記第2ニードルにより前記封止フィルムの一部分が穿孔され、前記第1ポンプおよび前記第2ポンプがそれぞれ前記第1チューブおよび前記第2チューブを介して前記流路と連通することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の反応処理装置。
