Claims (10)
- 3次元(3D)印刷部品を硬化させる方法であって、
造形材料の層を添加することと、
第1の波長を有する第1の光源を使用して前記造形材料の層を硬化させることと、
所定数の層について前記第1の波長を有する前記第1の光源を使用して前記添加及び前記硬化を繰り返すことと、
前記3D印刷部品を形成するように前記造形材料の最終上層を添加することと、
前記第1の波長とは異なる第2の波長を有する第2の光源を使用して前記造形材料の最終上層を硬化させることと
を備える、方法。 - 前記造形材料が、紫外線(UV)硬化性インクを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の光源が、紫外(UV)光を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の波長が、390ナノメートル(nm)から400nmの波長を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の光源が、最大強度レベル未満で電力供給される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- プロセッサによって実行されたとき、3次元(3D)印刷部品を硬化させる動作をプロセッサに実行させる命令を含む複数の命令を記憶した非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体において、前記動作が、
造形材料の層を添加することと、
第1の波長を有する第1の光源を使用して前記造形材料の層を硬化させることと、
所定数の層について前記第1の波長を有する前記第1の光源を使用して前記添加及び前記硬化を繰り返すことと、
前記3D印刷部品を形成するように前記造形材料の最終上層を添加することと、
前記第1の波長とは異なる第2の波長を有する第2の光源を使用して前記造形材料の最終上層を硬化させることと
を備える、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記造形材料が、紫外線(UV)硬化性インクを含む、請求項6に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記第1の光源が、紫外(UV)光を含み、前記第1の波長が、390ナノメートル(nm)から400nmの波長を含む、請求項6に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記第1の光源が、最大強度レベル未満で電力供給される、請求項8に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 3次元(3D)印刷部品を硬化させる方法であって、
紫外(UV)硬化性インクの層を添加することと、
390ナノメートル(nm)から400nmの波長における第1のUV光源を使用して前記UV硬化性インクの層を硬化させることと、
所定数の層について390nmから400nmの波長において前記添加及び前記硬化を繰り返すことと、
前記3D印刷部品を形成するように前記UV硬化性インクの最終上層を添加することと、
前記UV硬化性インクの最終上層上に光沢仕上げを提供するために360nmから370nmの波長における第2のUV光源を使用して前記UV硬化性インクの前記最終上層を硬化させることと
を備える、方法。
