Description
Claims (9)
- ディスプレイ調光装置であって、
ディスプレイの画素駆動回路には、第1TFTトランジスタと、第2TFTトランジスタと、第3TFTトランジスタと、コンデンサと、画素(D1)とを含み、
前記第1TFTトランジスタのゲート端子及び第一電極が受信する信号はそれぞれ、走査信号(Vscan)とデータ信号(Vdata)であり、
前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子が受信する信号は、前記データ信号の電圧に対応し、
前記第3TFTトランジスタのゲート端子及び第一電極が受信する信号はそれぞれ、PWM信号(Vpwm)と前記第2TFTトランジスタの第二電極の出力信号であり、
前記第3TFTトランジスタの第二電極が前記画素(D1)に接続され、
前記コンデンサが前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子と電源(VDD)との間に接続され、
調整の必要がある前記ディスプレイの輝度と対応する前記ディスプレイのパラメータ値を取得するパラメータ値取得モジュールと、
前記パラメータ値と設定された閾値とを比較して、比較結果に応じて相応的な調光方法を選択し前記ディスプレイに対し調光する調光選択モジュールと、を含み、
前記調光選択モジュールは、
前記パラメータ値が対応する輝度が設定された前記閾値より低いと判定された場合、第1調光方法で前記ディスプレイに対し調光するように構成される第1調光選択部と、
前記パラメータ値が前記閾値以上であると判定された場合、第2調光方法を利用して調光するように構成される第2調光選択部と、を含み、
前記第1調光方法は、調光する際に前記ディスプレイの画素駆動回路が受信した前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を変更せず、前記第3TFTトランジスタのゲート端子に印加された信号のデューティ比のみを調整して前記画素(D1)が1つのフレームに発光する時間を変更して前記画素(D1)の輝度を調整し、
前記第2調光方法は、電源電源(VDD)をそのままにし、輝度が上昇する際に、前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を減少させ、輝度が降下する際に、前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を増加させることにより、前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を調整することで調光する、ことを特徴とするディスプレイ調光装置。 - 前記コンデンサが前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子と電源(VDD)との間に並列に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ調光装置。
- 前記第2TFTトランジスタの第一電極が電源(VDD)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ調光装置。
- 前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子が受信する信号は、前記第1TFTトランジスタの第二電極の出力信号である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ調光装置。
- ディスプレイ調光方法であって、
調整の必要があるディスプレイの輝度と対応する前記ディスプレイのパラメータ値を取得することと、
前記パラメータ値と設定された閾値とを比較して、比較結果に応じて相応的な調光方法を選択し前記ディスプレイに対し調光し、
前記パラメータ値と設定された前記閾値とを比較して、比較結果に応じて相応的な調光方法を選択し前記ディスプレイに対し調光することは、
前記パラメータ値が対応する輝度が設定された前記閾値より低いと判定された場合、第1調光方法で前記ディスプレイに対し調光し、
前記パラメータ値が前記閾値以上であると判定された場合、第2調光方法を利用して前記ディスプレイに対し調光し、
前記ディスプレイの画素駆動回路には、第1TFTトランジスタと、第2TFTトランジスタと、第3TFTトランジスタと、コンデンサと、画素と、を含み、
前記第1TFTトランジスタのゲート端子及び第一電極が受信する信号はそれぞれ、走査信号(Vscan)とデータ信号(Vdata)であり、
前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子が受信する信号は、前記データ信号の電圧に対応し、
前記第3TFTトランジスタのゲート端子及び第一電極が受信する信号はそれぞれ、PWM 信号(Vpwm)と前記第2TFTトランジスタの第二電極の出力信号であり、
前記第3TFTトランジスタの第二電極が前記画素(D1)に接続され、
前記コンデンサが前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子と電源(VDD)との間に接続され、
前記第1調光方法は、調光する際に前記ディスプレイの画素駆動回路が受信した前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を変更せず、前記第3TFTトランジスタのゲート端子に印加された信号のデューティ比のみを調整して前記画素(D1)が1つのフレームに発光する時間を変更して前記画素(D1)の輝度を調整し、
前記第2調光方法は、電源(VDD)をそのままにし、輝度が上昇する際に、前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を減少させ、輝度が降下する際に、前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を増加させることにより、前記データ信号(Vdata)の電圧を調整することで調光する、ディスプレイ調光方法。 - 前記コンデンサが前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子と電源(VDD)との間に並列に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2TFTトランジスタの第一電極が電源(VDD)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2TFTトランジスタのゲート端子が受信する信号は、前記第1TFTトランジスタの第二電極の出力信号である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 拡張駆動チップと前記ディスプレイとを含むデバイスであって、
前記拡張駆動チップは、プログラムを格納するメモリとプロセッサとを含み、前記プログラムが前記プロセッサで実行される際に、前記プロセッサが請求項5乃至8の何れか1項に記載のディスプレイ調光方法を実行する、デバイス。
