Claims (7)
- 過給機を有するエンジン、および、モータを動力源とし、車室内を冷房する空調機器と、前記空調機器で用いる冷媒を冷却するための冷媒冷却回路と、前記モータを制御する強電系機器に供給する強電系冷却水を冷却するための強電系冷却回路と、前記過給機で圧縮した空気を冷却する水冷インタークーラと、前記水冷インタークーラに供給する過給系冷却水を冷却するための過給系冷却回路と、を備えたハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
前記冷媒冷却回路は、前記冷媒と前記強電系冷却水または前記過給系冷却水との熱交換によって前記冷媒を冷却する水冷コンデンサを有し、
前記冷媒冷却回路と前記強電系冷却回路とを連通して前記強電系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる第1通水路と、
前記冷媒冷却回路と前記過給系冷却回路とを連通して前記過給系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる第2通水路と、
前記第1通水路を経由して前記冷媒冷却回路と前記強電系冷却回路とが連通する状態、および、前記第2通水路を経由して前記冷媒冷却回路と前記過給系冷却回路とが連通する状態を選択的に切り替える制御弁と、
前記強電系冷却回路の稼働状態、前記過給系冷却回路の稼働状態、前記強電系機器の稼働状態、前記エンジンおよび前記過給機の稼働状態、ならびに、前記ハイブリッド車両の走行状態の少なくともいずれかに関連するデータを検出する検出器と、
前記検出器で検出した前記データに基づいて、前記熱交換で前記冷媒から移動する熱量が、前記冷媒から前記強電系冷却水に移動する場合と前記冷媒から前記過給系冷却水に移動する場合とのうちで最大になるように、前記制御弁の動作を制御して前記第1通水路または前記第2通水路のいずれか一方を選択するコントローラと、を備えている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
前記コントローラは、前記検出器で検出した前記データに基づいて、前記熱交換で前記冷媒から前記強電系冷却水に移動する第1熱量と、前記熱交換で前記冷媒から前記過給系冷却水に移動する第2熱量とを判定または推定するとともに、前記第1熱量が前記第2熱量よりも大きいと判定または推定した場合に、前記第1通水路を選択して前記強電系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させ、前記第2熱量が前記第1熱量よりも大きいと判定または推定した場合に、前記第2通水路を選択して前記過給系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
前記検出器は、前記強電系冷却水の温度を検出する強電系水温センサと、前記過給系冷却水の温度を検出する過給系水温センサとを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記強電系冷却水の温度が前記過給系冷却水の温度よりも低い場合に、前記第1通水路を選択して前記強電系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させ、前記過給系冷却水の温度が前記強電系冷却水の温度よりも低い場合に、前記第2通水路を選択して前記過給系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
前記検出器は、前記モータのモータ回転数を検出するモータ回転数センサと、前記過給機のタービン回転数を検出するタービン回転数センサとを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記タービン回転数が予め定めた第1基準回転数よりも大きくかつ前記モータ回転数が予め定めた第2基準回転数以下である場合に、前記第1通水路を選択して前記強電系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させ、前記タービン回転数が前記第1基準回転数以下でありかつ前記モータ回転数が予め定めた第3基準回転数よりも大きい場合に、前記第2通水路を選択して前記過給系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
前記検出器は、前記ハイブリッド車両の車速を検出する車速センサを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記車速に基づいて前記ハイブリッド車両の停止状態を判断するとともに、前記ハイブリッド車両が停止状態であると判断した場合に、前記第2通水路を選択して前記過給系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
前記強電系機器は、前記モータに電力を供給するとともに前記モータの発電電力を蓄える蓄電装置を有し、
前記検出器は、前記蓄電装置の充電残量を検出するSOCセンサを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記充電残量が予め定めた基準残量以下である場合に、前記第1通水路を選択して前記強電系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
前記過給系冷却回路は、前記過給系冷却水を前記過給系冷却回路で循環させるウォータポンプを有し、
前記検出器は、前記ウォータポンプの運転状態を検出するポンプセンサを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記ウォータポンプが停止している場合に、前記第1通水路を選択して前記強電系冷却水を前記水冷コンデンサに流通させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。
