Description
Claims (23)
- 複数のサブ画素を含む有機発光表示パネル;
前記有機発光表示パネル上に配置され、前記複数のサブ画素のうち少なくとも一つのサブ画素と重畳するようにパターンされた、無機物質で形成されているパターンバッファ層;
前記パターンバッファ層上に配置され、前記複数のサブ画素に対応する複数のカラーフィルタを含むカラーフィルタ層;及び
前記パターンバッファ層と同一平面上に配置され、前記複数のカラーフィルタそれぞれを区画するブラックマトリックスを含む、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記パターンバッファ層は、それぞれ独立した複数のパターンブロックを含み、前記複数のパターンブロックそれぞれは、前記複数のサブ画素それぞれに重畳するように配置され、アイランド形状を有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記パターンバッファ層は、前記複数のパターンブロックの間に配置され、互いに隣接する二つのパターンブロックを連結する少なくとも一つの連結ブロックをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記連結ブロックは、少なくとも一つのオープン領域を有するようにパターンされた、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数のサブ画素は、第1方向に沿って配列された第1サブ画素及び第2サブ画素を含み、前記第1サブ画素及び前記第2サブ画素と第2方向に離隔され、前記第1方向に沿って配列された第3サブ画素及び第4サブ画素を含み、
前記複数のパターンブロックは、前記第1サブ画素と重畳する第1パターンブロック、前記第2サブ画素と重畳する第2パターンブロック、前記第3サブ画素と重畳する第3パターンブロック及び前記第4サブ画素と重畳する第4パターンブロックを含み、
前記連結ブロックは、前記第1パターンブロックと前記第2パターンブロックを連結する第1連結ブロック及び前記第3パターンブロックと前記第4パターンブロックを連結する第2連結ブロックを含む、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1パターンブロック、前記第2パターンブロック及び前記第1連結ブロックは、第1ブロック単位を構成し、前記第3パターンブロック、前記第4パターンブロック及び前記第2連結ブロックは、第2ブロック単位を構成し、
前記第1ブロック単位及び前記第2ブロック単位は、前記第2方向にジグザグ形態に配列される、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記パターンバッファ層は、互いに隣接する二つの第1ブロック単位を連結する第1延長ブロック及び互いに隣接する二つの第2ブロック単位を連結する第2延長ブロックをさらに含み、
前記第1ブロック単位は、前記第1延長ブロックにより前記第1方向に沿って直線に延びて第1ラインパターンを構成し、
前記第2ブロック単位は、前記第2延長ブロックにより前記第1方向に沿って直線に延びて第2ラインパターンを構成し、
前記第2ラインパターンは、前記第1ラインパターンと前記第2方向に離隔される、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1ブロック単位及び/又は前記第1延長ブロックは、オープン領域を有するようにパターンされ、
前記第2ブロック単位及び/又は前記第2延長ブロックは、オープン領域を有するようにパターンされる、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記パターンバッファ層上に前記複数のパターンブロックそれぞれに対応するように前記複数のカラーフィルタが配置され、
前記複数のパターンブロックそれぞれの幅は、前記複数のカラーフィルタそれぞれの幅より大きい、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1ブロック単位及び前記第1延長ブロックの幅は同一で前記第1ラインパターンは一定の幅に延びた形状を有し、
前記第2ブロック単位及び前記第2延長ブロックの幅は互いに同一で前記第2ラインパターンは一定の幅に延びた形状を有する、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1ラインパターン及び前記第2ラインパターンそれぞれの幅は、前記複数のカラーフィルタの幅より小さい、請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記パターンバッファ層は、前記複数のパターンブロックの間に配置される補助パターンブロックをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記補助パターンブロックと前記複数のパターンブロックの間にオープン領域が形成されている、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記補助パターンブロックは、前記複数のパターンブロックのうち少なくとも一つのパターンブロックを囲むように配置される、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記ブラックマトリックスは、前記補助パターンブロックの上面及び側面と直接接触するように配置される、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記有機発光表示パネルは、前記複数のサブ画素が配置される表示領域及び前記表示領域を囲む非表示領域を含み、前記非表示領域の少なくとも一つのエッジに沿って前記有機発光表示パネル上に配置される補助パターンバッファ層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記補助パターンバッファ層は、複数の補助パターンバッファを含み、前記複数の補助パターンバッファの間にオープン領域を有する、請求項16に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の補助パターンバッファそれぞれは、前記非表示領域のエッジに沿って配置され、フレーム形状を有する、請求項17に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 複数のサブ画素を含む有機発光表示装置であって、
基板;前記基板上に配置される薄膜トランジスタ;前記薄膜トランジスタ上に配置される有機発光素子;前記有機発光素子上に配置される封止層;及び前記封止層上に配置される反射防止層を含み、
前記反射防止層は、
前記複数のサブ画素のうち少なくとも一つのサブ画素と重畳するようにパターンされ、少なくとも一つのオープン領域を含む、無機物質で形成されているパターンバッファ層;
前記パターンバッファ層上に配置されるカラーフィルタ層;及び
前記オープン領域に配置されるブラックマトリックスを含む、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記封止層と前記反射防止層との間に配置されるタッチセンサをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射防止層上に配置されるタッチセンサをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記パターンバッファ層は、離隔されて配置される複数のパターンブロックを含み、前記複数のパターンブロックそれぞれは、前記複数のサブ画素それぞれに重畳するように配置され、アイランド形状を有する、請求項19に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記パターンバッファ層は、前記複数のパターンブロックの間に配置され、互いに隣接する二つのパターンブロックを連結する連結ブロックをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の有機発光表示装置。
