Claims (10)
- 鋼又は他の金属から形成された、検査法用の較正体を製造するための方法であって、前記方法において、
前記較正体は、ある材料から形成され、
前記材料から形成された半製品(1)の少なくとも1つの領域(9、11、12)内で、前記材料の特性が変えられ、
前記較正体は、前記検査法により検査される製品を製造するために提供される材料から形成され、
前記材料の特性は、前記較正体の表面(5、 2、 3、 4)から前記半製品(1)内へ広がる表面の近傍領域(9、11、12)においてのみ変えられ、
前記較正体は、前記検査法に提供され、且つ、テストされる製品が製造される製造法の少なくとも1つの処理ステップと同一の処理ステップを有する製造法により製造され、及び
前記材料の特性を変える物質が、前記表面の近傍領域の半製品(1)内へ導入される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記材料の特性が、表面(5、2、3、4)から深さ3mmまで前記半製品(1)内に広がる表面近傍の領域(9、11、12)で変えられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記領域(9、11、12)で、前記半製品(1)内に、炭素が導入される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記物質を前記半製品に導入することができる改質剤であって、炭素を含有する改質剤(6、7、8)が、前記半製品(1)に塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記改質剤(6、7、8)が、コークス粉末(7)及び/又は浸炭粉、又はペーストによって形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(5、2、3、4)への配置の際に前記改質剤(6、7、8)が炉の雰囲気から保護されるように、前記改質剤(6、7、8)が覆われるカバーを前記半製品(1)の表面に溶接する、又はカバーを用いることなく保護ガスを周りに流すことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 冷間又は熱間圧延プロセスの前の前記半製品(1)の熱処理によって、前記材料の特性が変えられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記較正体が、検査対象の製品が製造される製造法と複数又は全ての方法ステップが同じ製造法に従って製造される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記較正体を製造するための前記半製品(1)が、スラブ、薄板、厚板、又は角材から形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記半製品(1)に複数の領域(9、11、12)が形成され、前記領域(9、11、12)内の材料特性が様々に変えられ、前記領域(9、11、12)が、前記表面(5、2、3、4)から異なる深さ(t1、t2、t3)まで前記半製品(1)内に広がり、前記物質の異なる横方向広がり寸法及び/又は異なる含有量を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
