前記土木用袋体の開口部が開いた状態で前記吊り枠に取り付け、
前記土木用袋体を取り付けた状態で前記吊り枠を吊り上げて、前記空間部前記土木用袋体を入れ、前記吊り枠を前記架台に載置して支持し、
支持後、前記中詰め材をガイドする前記中詰め材投入用ホッパーの投入出口が前記土木用袋体の開口部に臨むように前記中詰め材投入用ホッパーを前記架台に載置し、前記開口部を介して前記中詰め材を前記土木用袋体内に投入し、
投入後、前記中詰め材投入用ホッパーを前記架台から分離し、
分離後、前記開口部を閉じ、
