2. Description of the Related Art Gabion construction using a diamond-shaped wire net as a ground net has been conventionally performed. When the gabion is lifted by a machine such as a crane after the stone packing, the swelling type collapses. Therefore, the transportation after the packing of the dragon was abandoned, and the cage was assembled at the installation point and packed manually. On the other hand, various measures such as reinforcing frames and reinforcing wires have been used in order to increase the rigidity of the cage, but they have not been mechanized.

In order to solve the above problems, the gabion work of the present invention employs the following means. (A) The cage body (4) was replaced with a diamond-shaped wire mesh to form a turtle wire mesh (1) as a ground mesh. The basket body (4) is a hollow cylinder and is vertically self-supporting, retains a cylindrical shape even after filling with stones, and does not protrude or lose its shape even when suspended by a crane or the like. Also, partial defects do not spread. (B) A stone filling device (8) was provided. The stone filling device (8) has a support pipe (5) made of a suitably sized pipe material into which the basket body (4) can be inserted and removed, protrudes the upper end to the ground, vertically erected in the ground, and straddles the upper end. Mounting frame (7) and hopper (6)
Is slidably equipped. (C) Stone filling work and gabions after stone filling using construction equipment (9)
Carry out installation work. That is, the basket (4) is suspended and held in the support pipe (5), and a stuffing stone is put into the hopper (6) using a machine such as a backhoe to fill the basket (4). The support pipe (5) holds the basket (4) vertically to facilitate the work of filling stones, and also suppresses the impact force and pressing force associated with the insertion of the filling stones and keeps the cage (4) cylindrical. And increase the degree of filling. After the stone is packed, it is lifted up using a machine such as a crane, pulled out of the support pipe (5), and transported and installed at a predetermined place.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. (A) FIG. 1 shows a turtle net (1) as a ground net. The column line (12) constituting the net is a steel wire having a wire diameter of 4 mm, and has been subjected to an appropriate surface treatment for enhancing durability. Mesh (1
3) is approximately a regular hexagon of 5 cm to 10 cm. The length is 2 to 4 m, and the width is determined by the diameter of the basket (4) to be manufactured. Since the turtle shell wire mesh is knitted by twisting the column lines (12), it is much stronger than the diamond wire wire mesh and has less deformation against external force. Also, partial defects do not extend to the whole. (B) FIG. 2 is a spiral closed line (2) made of steel. (C) FIG. 3 shows a cage body (4) using the turtle net (1) as a ground net. The tortoise shell wire mesh (1) is wound in a hollow cylindrical shape in the lateral direction, and the spiral closing wire (2) is wrapped around the ear wire (11) with the side edges abutting and sewn. Next, at the upper end and lower end of the hollow cylindrical shape, a steel wire is inserted in a mesh in the circumferential direction to form a ring (3), the upper end is opened, and the lower end is closed with a drawstring to form a cage. Form (4). The diameter of the cage (4) is 45 to 90 cm and the length is 2 to 4 m. The basket (4) of the present invention does not require a lid net with closed upper and lower ends in the case of a diamond-shaped wire gabion. (D) FIG. 4 shows a stone filling device (8). The stone filling device (8) consists of a gantry (7) equipped with a support tube (5) and a hopper (6). The support pipe (5) is a steel pipe or a PVC pipe,
The diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the cage (4) so that the cage (4) can be inserted into and removed from the support tube (5). The length is slightly shorter than the cage (4) so that the upper end of the cage (4) projects from the support tube (5). In order to vertically lay the support tube (5) in the ground, for example, approximately 1 m 2 of a predetermined place is slightly shallower than the length of the support tube (5). Excavate, lay a floor plate (10), and mount a support tube (5). Therefore, the upper end of the support pipe (5) protrudes above the ground. If the gap between the outer peripheral wall of the support pipe (5) and the borehole wall is filled with excavated soil or other suitable filler, the stability of the support pipe (5) is further enhanced. A gantry (7) is installed across the upper end of the support pipe (5), and a hopper (6) is slidably mounted on a beam of the gantry (7). (E) FIG. 5 shows a stone filling device (8) provided with two support tubes (5).
It is. Floor plates (15) are arranged on the ground and support tubes (5) are sandwiched between them to enhance stability.

The structures of the basket (4) and the stone filling device (8) are as described above, and the construction method using them is as follows. The basket (4) is suspended vertically in the support tube (5) of the stone filling device (8) and held vertically. ).
After completion of the stone packing, the ring (3) at the upper end of the basket (4) is reduced in diameter and tightened with a drawstring, thereby completing the production of the gabion (9). Since the gabion (9) of the present invention does not swell and lose its shape even when suspended, it is lifted up with a truck crane or the like, pulled out of the tube (5), transported to a predetermined installation point, and installed, thereby completing the gabion work. [FIG. 5] shows two supporting pipes (5) provided to further improve the efficiency. In one supporting pipe (5), the backhoe inserts the filling stone, and in the other, the truck crane connects the gabion (9). A pull-out operation is being performed.

The gabion mechanic of the present invention forms a basket body by using a turtle shell wire mesh as a ground net, and performs an intensive work of mechanized stone filling by installing a stone filling device at an appropriate place. This is an epoch-making method characterized in that it is used and transported and installed to an installation point. (B) The efficiency of gabion work has improved significantly. Accordingly, construction costs have been significantly reduced. (B) The construction period can be shortened, and it is possible to cope with intensive construction work in the dry season, which is unique to river construction. (C) Mass production of gabions is possible and large scale construction can be handled. (D) The reliability of the construction has been improved because the partial loss of the turtle shell wire mesh does not extend to the whole. With regard to water permeability, add that there is no difference between a gabion that uses a turtle shell wire mesh as a ground mesh and one that uses a diamond-shaped wire mesh as a ground mesh, and that there is no problem with the flexibility that adapts to small undulations on the installation surface. I want to go.
